The aim of the actual study is trying to know the impact of the physical activity in practice through educational point of view by a physical educational and sports self-efficacy course; then its factors within the student of the secondary school, also the differences between the pupils “girls” who practices the educational sports efforts and those who don’t. For this experience we selected 16 school girls who practice and the other 16 don’t practice as a sample of study in a deliberated manner. Also we used in this study a tool of gathering the self-efficacy scale data. For the statistical methods adopted in the study were included: the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient "Pearson" test (T) it was treated by using the system (SPSS). The result of the study: -There are significant differences between the students practice and non-practice of physical activity education during the course of physical education and sports in the level of self-efficacy in favor of student who practice.
