المستخلص: The heritage of northern Morocco is every witness in this era to the identity of the region, which is rooted in the depth of history. That is in the case where it has represented, with its scientific, movement and social dimensions for centuries, a source of interest to a distinguished segment of researchers and historians in relation to discussing the forms of this region's tangible heritage. By tangible, we mean all the writings which have reached us. As such, the other part, which is the intangible remains, which can be considered to be the supplementary part of the documented tangible heritage. However, the intangible cultural heritage did not receive the amount of attention, study, interest and care, which the tangible heritage experienced. The purpose of this research is to show the connection between identity and Moroccan proverbs. How can the expressed pronounced proverb be used in the name of the collective, returning to the history, customs and traditions, by an anthropological, cultural and social approach? How do you address the collective itself, through individuals speaking proverbs? What are the most prominent characteristics of the Moroccan character as it appears in the proverbs? What are its value and behavior-based constants?

إن تراث شمال المغرب هو كل شاهد في هذا العصر على هوية المنطقة الضاربة بجذورها في عمق التاريخ، حيث شكلت ببعدها العلمي والحركي والاجتماعي طيلة قرون مضت مثار اهتمام، لدى شريحة متميزة من الباحثين والمؤرخين في الحديث عن صور تراث هذه المنطقة المادي، ونقصد بالمادي كل ما وصل إلينا من المكتوبات، فيبقى الجزء الآخر وهو اللامادي، والذي يمكن اعتباره الجزء المكمل للتراث المادي الموثق؛ إلا أن التراث الحضاري اللامادي، فلم يحظ بالاهتمام والدراسة والعناية والرعاية بالقدر الذي شهده التراث المادي. يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان الصلة بين الهوية والأمثال المغربية، فكيف يشتغل المثل ملفوظا ناطقا باسم المجموعة، عودا إلى التاريخ والعادات والتقاليد، بمقاربة أنثروبولوجية ثقافية اجتماعية؟ كيف تخاطب المجموعة ذاتها عبر الأفراد الناطقين بالأمثال؟ ما أبرز صفات الشخصية المغربية كما تبدو من الأمثلة؟ ما ثوابتها القيمية والسلوكية؟
