المستخلص: The equitable distribution of the fruits of economic growth is no less important than the desire and the work to achieve increasing rates of economic growth. The development model adopted by the Egyptian political system over several decades did not meet the hopes of the Egyptians to achieve growing and sustainable growth rates that achieve their aspirations to reduce unemployment and reduce poverty. Economic policies^ especially fiscal policies; were not as a matter of real and actual priority; the redistribution of income and revolution as an input to improving growth and achieving distributive justice. A development model must be adopted that integrates the goals of growth and justice. Sustainable growth has become the only option for Egypt’s political economic and social stability.
