دار البحث حول دراسة متطلبات تطبيق ستة سيجما بالمدارس الرسمية للغات بمصر دراسة حالة بمحافظة الجيزة، ووضع التوصيات والمقترحات الإجرائية للتطبيق، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم البحث أسلوب دراسة الحالة وفق الخطوات التالية: عرض لأهم الاتجاهات المعاصرة في مجال تطبيق ستة سيجما، ثم دراسة الإطار الفلسفي والتنظيمي للمدارس الرسمية للغات بمصر، دراسة واقع متطلبات تطبيق ستة سيجما ميدانيا بمحافظة الجيزة، وكان من أهم نتائج البحث: وجود مجموعة من معوقات التطبيق منها: مقاومة البعض للتغيير والتمسك بالأساليب التقليدية في العمل، ضعف البنية التحتية اللازمة للتطبيق، قلة وعي الإدارة بمفهوم ومبادئ وأهمية تطبيق ستة سيجما، وكان من أهم التوصيات والمقترحات الإجرائية: ضرورة دعم الإدارة العليا لسياسة تطبيق ستة سيجما بهذه المدارس، وتوفير استراتيجية واضحة لعمليات التحسين، توفير بيئة عمل تتوافر العوامل الأساسية للتطبيق، وإقناع مقاومي التغيير بضرورة قبول تطبيق ستة لما لها من أهمية في تحسين الأداء في العمل، توفير الإمكانات المالية والفنية اللازمة للتطبيق.
The research handled studying the requirements of applying Sigma Six at Language Formal Schools in Egypt Case Study in Giza governor ate, and presenting the procedural recommendations and suggestions for application. For achieving this aim the Research used the case study style according to the following steps: presenting the most contemporary trends in the era of applying sigma six, then studying the philosophical and organizational frame of formal language schools in Egypt, studying the reality of the requirements of applying sigma six in Giza governor ate. Some of the most important results were the existence of a group of application obstacles like: the resistance of change and grasping at the old Styles in work, the shortage of management consciousness about sigma six's concept, principles, and the importance of applying it Some of most important recommendations and suggestions were the need for top management s support of six sigma’s policy application in these schools, providing a clear strategy for improvement processes, providing a work environment that St the application, persuading people who resisted change to accept applying sigma six for it's importance in in improving the importance in work, and providing the technical and financial capacity that are needed for application.
