|a تأتي هذه الدراسة عن ثنائية: الآخر (المجتمع) والأنا (الإمام الشافعي) في ديوانه الشعري: دراسة موضوعية وفنية، لإحساس الباحث أن الإمام الشافعي في شعره لم ينل حظاً وافراً في آثار الدّارسين والباحثين، ومن هنا جاء هذا البحث؛ ليعالج تلك الثغرات، ويسهم في إبراز صورة المجتمع الذي كان يعيش الشافعي بين ظهرانيه وصفاته، مقارنة بصورته وصفاته، ومدى ابتعاد المجتمع عن مبادئ الدين، وتمثُل (الأنا الشافعي) للقيم النبيلة والأخلاق الفاضلة المستمدة من القرآن الكريم والدين الإسلامي الحنيف. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تناولت الدراسة المحاور الآتية: الناس البخلاء والشافعي الكريم، وجهل الناس وعلم الشافعي وأدبه، والناس السفهاء والشافعي الحليم، وغدر الناس ووفاء الشافعي، ورضا الناس بالذلّ والهوان والشافعي بالعزة والإباء، وأخيراً محور الدراسة الفنية. واستند البحث في إبراز هذه المعطيات إلى التحليل المعمَّق لشعر الإمام الشافعي، واستنطاق نصوصه التي كشفت عن هذه الثنائية، وهذا التضاد بين صورتين: طرفها الأول المجتمع وأخلاقياته، والطرف الآخر هو الشافعي الكريم والعالم والزاهد والحليم والوفي، واستعان الباحث بمجموعة من المصادر والمراجع التي مهدت السبيل لهذه الدراسة التي اختتمت بنتائج وتوصيات.
|b This study comes about the bilateral: the other (community) and the ego (Imam AShafi'i) in AShafi'i's poetry as a subjective and technical study, the researchers noted that Imam Shafi'i in his poetry, did not get much luck in the works of scholars and researchers, so here comes this research; to address those gaps, and contribute to raising the profile of the society attributes in which AShafi'i lived I, compared to his image and attributes, and the extent of the other who moved away from the principles of the religion, whereas the ego of AShafi'i represents the values and noble morality derived from the Koran and Islam. The study, to achieve this objective, examined the following twin topics: the miser People and the generous AShafi'i, the ignorance of people and the knowledge and literature of AShafi'i, foolish people and the tolerance of AShafi'i, the treachery of the people and honesty of AShafi'i and the satisfied people of humiliation and shame and AShafi'i's pride, and finally the focus on the technical study. The researcher based on highlighting these data to the in-depth analysis of the poetry of Imam Shafi'i, by investigating texts which revealed these bilateral, and this antagonism between the two: the society and its ethics, the other party is the scientist, generous, ascetic and loyal AShafi'i. The researcher referred to a range of sources and references that paved the way for this study, then the research ended with concluded results.
