المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى: التعريف بالإمام الشافعي- رحمه الله- ومنزلته العلمية، والتأكيد علي أسبقية الإمام الشافعي- رحمه الله- الأصولية ومنزلة الدليل عنده استدلالا وردا، وبيان ملكة الإمام الشافعي- رحمه الله- في توظيف قلب الدليل للاستدلال، والوقوف علي قلب الدليل عند الإمام الشافعي- رحمه الله- من حيث: تعريفه، ومسمياته، وحقيقته، وأقسامه، وأركانه، وشروطه، أهميته، وحجيته من الكتاب والسنة؛ ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج: الاستقرائي الاستنتاجي؛ ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: - قدم الإمام الشافعي- رحمه الله- الدليل على رأيه ورأي غيره كائنا من كان، وتجد أن كلامه في المسائل يدور مع الدليل وجودًا وعدمًا، كما أنه إذا استدل بالدليل من السنة لا يورد الضعيف منها إلا مع بيان ضعفه، ولا يستند في استدلاله من الأحاديث إلا على ما يرقى لدرجة الاستدلال. -قلب الدليل عند الجمهور له معنيان: عام: المراد به تعريف القلب باعتبار كونه قادحًا في الأدلة جميعًا، من غير اختصاص بأحدها كالقياس، وهذا وجه أهميته؛ وخاص: باعتبار كونه من الاعتراضات الواردة على القياس خصوصا، وعرفه الحنفية بأنه تغيير التعليل إلى هيئة تخالف الهيئة التي كان عليها.

The aim of this research is to introduce Imam Al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) and his scientific status, emphasizing his pioneering role in the field of Usul (Islamic jurisprudence) and his approach to the status of evidence, both in terms of reasoning and rebuttal. The study also seeks to explain Imam Al-Shafi'i's ability to employ the concept of "the reversal of the evidence" (Qalb al-Dalil) in reasoning, and to explore the meaning of this concept in his methodology, including its definition, terminology, nature, types, components, conditions, significance, and its authority in the Quran and Sunnah. The researcher used the inductive and deductive methods. Key findings of the research include: - Imam Al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) prioritized evidence in his own views as well as the views of others, regardless of who they were. His discussions on legal issues were always centered around the presence or absence of evidence. When he cited evidence from the Sunnah, he only included weak hadiths along with a clarification of their weakness, and he based his reasoning only on hadiths that met the criteria for valid evidence. - The concept of "the reversal of the evidence" has two meanings: a general meaning, which refers to the idea of reversing the reasoning in all types of evidence, not limited to one, such as in analogy (Qiyas), which highlights its importance; and a specific meaning, referring to objections raised against the analogy, particularly in the Hanafi school, which defines it as changing the justification in a way that contradicts its original form.
