المستخلص: إن ظاهرة الازدواج اللغوي وما نجم عنها ضرورة حتمية أفرزها الوضع الاجتماعي اللغوي في العالم العربي عامة وفي الجزائر خاصة.
واللغة من الناحية التواصلية هي أقوى وسيلة للتخاطب بين الأفراد للتعبير عن أفكارهم وأهدافهم سواء من خلال لغة عربية متينة أو لهجة عامية بسيطة متداولة أكثر بين عامة الناس، وقد يكون المتكلم في انتقال إلزامي ودائم بين الفصحى والعامية وهذا راجع للمراحل المختلفة التي مر بها المجتمع الجزائري من جهة ومهنة المحاماة من جهة أخرى فالكلمات، ومعانيها وطريقة إلقاءها تعد بمثابة الخط الواصل بين الملقي والمتلقي. وهي أساسية جداً في حياتنا العملية. وبالطبع، ينطبع ذلك على مرافعة المحامي التي تتركز على قوة اللغة، واستخدام اللهجة أحياناً حتى تصل إلى النتائج المرجوة. فقيمة اللغة تكمن في قدرتها على التواصل.

Le phénomène du bilinguisme est une nécessité imperative produite par la situation sociolinguistique dans le monde arabe en général et en Algérie en particulier. La langue est le moyen de communication le plus puissant entre les individus pour exprimer leurs idées et leurs objectifs, que ce soit par le biais d'une langue arabe forte ou d'un simple dialecte commun échangé avec un même public.
L’orateur peut être dans une transition obligatoire et permanente entre le classique et le vernaculaire et cela est du aux différentes étapes vécues par la société algérienne d’une part, et la profession de droit d’autres part. Les mots, leur signification et la manière dont ils sont lancés sont considérés comme la ligne de connexion entre le destinataire et le destinataire. Elle est très fondamentale dans notre vie pratique, et bien sûr, cela s'applique à l'avocat dont sa plaidoirie est basée sur l'argument qui met l'accent sur la force du langage, et l'utilisation du dialecte parfois pour atteindre les résultats souhaités.
Donc, La valeur du langage réside dans sa capacité à se connecter et à transmettre le message voulue.


The phenomenon of bilingualism and its consequent necessity have resulted from the socio-linguistic situation in the Arab world in general and in Algeria in particular. In communicative terms, language is the most powerful means of communication between individuals to express their thoughts and goals, whether through a strong Arabic language or a simple slang that is more common among the general public. The speaker may be in a mandatory and permanent transition between the standard and colloquial. This is due to the different stages that Algerian society has undergone on the one hand and the legal profession on the other. Words, their meanings and the way they are delivered, are the line of connection between the caster and the recipient. And they are very fundamental to our working life. And, of course, this is the case with a lawyer who is focused on the power of language. And sometimes the use dialect of until you reach the desired results, For the value of a language lies in its ability to communicate.
