المستخلص: This study is of great importance stemming from the importance of the environment and environmental communication in itself. It highlights the role of environmental communication in confronting the problems that threaten the integrity of the environment in Algeria. It highlights the reality of its application in that it is an effective tool in the formation and development of environmental awareness among members of the society By demonstrating the contribution of socialization institutions such as environmental media in the dissemination and promotion of environmental awareness as an important step necessary to create environmental awareness and sound environmental culture in society.
The study first reveals “the environmental problems experienced by Algeria particularly affecting urban areas, steppe and desert ecosystems, as well as livestock and plants. Although Algeria has abundant natural resources that deserve great attention in terms of exploitation and management. However, these resources have been subjected to numerous forms of damage, leading to the extinction of many animal and plant species. These problems are the result of excessive and irrational exploitation of natural resources, increasing population in coastal areas and low levels of awareness of the vital importance of environmental issues As this awareness is the most effective means of rationalising the use of resources and dealing with the biosphere. Because environmental problems are linked to human behaviour and the interaction of individuals with their environment, therefore, Environmental communication in all its forms and shapes is an important tool in the field of improving the quality of the environment as an effective mechanism for creating and forming environmental awareness and achieving comprehensive environmental culture.

إن لهذه الدراسة أهمية كبرى منبثقة من أهمية البيئة والاتصال البيئي في حد ذاته، فهي تبرز دور الاتصال البيئي في مواجهة المشاكل التي تهدد مواجهة المشاكل التي تهدد سلامة المحيط البيئي في الجزائر، حيث تلقي الضوء على واقع تطبيقه من حيث انه أداة فعالة في تكوين وتنمية الوعي البيئي لدى أفراد المجتمع، من خلال تبيان مساهمة مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية كوسائل الإعلام البيئية في نشر وترقية الوعي البيئي وذلك كخطوة مهمة ولازمة لخلق وعي بيئي وثقافة بيئية سليمة لدى المجتمع.
حيث تكشف الدراسة أولا "عن المشكلات البيئية التي تعاني منها الجزائر، والتي تمس خاصة المناطق الحضرية والأنظمة الإيكولوجية السهبية والصحراوية وكذا الثروة الحيوانية والنباتية، فرغم وفرة الجزائر على موارد طبيعية معتبرة تستحق الاهتمام الكبير بها من حيث استغلالها وتسييرها، غير أن تلك الموارد تعرضت لأشكال عديدة من الضرر مما أدى إلى تعرض العديد من الأنواع الحيوانية والنباتية لخطر الانقراض،
وهذا المشاكل ناتجة عن الاستغلال المفرط وغير العقلاني للثروات الطبيعية وتزايد عدد السكان في المناطق الساحلية وتدني مستويات الوعي بالأهمية الحيوية لقضايا البيئية، باعتبار هذا الوعي الوسيلة الأكثر فاعلية في ترشيد استخدام الموارد والتعامل مع المحيط الحيوي. ولأن المشكلات البيئية ترتبط بالسلوك الإنساني، وتفاعل الأفراد مع بيئتهم، لذا فإن الاتصال البيئي بكافة الصور والأشكال يعد وسيلة مهمة في مجال تحسين نوعية البيئة كآلية فعالة لخلق وتكوين الوعي البيئي وتحقيق الثقافة البيئية الشاملة.

L'étude souligne l'importance de la communication environnementale pour faire face aux problèmes qui menacent la sécurité de l'environnement en Algérie, en soulignant la réalité de son application comme un outil efficace dans la formation et le développement de la conscience environnementale parmi les membres de la société, En montrant la contribution des institutions de socialisation comme moyen de médias environnementaux dans la diffusion et la promotion de la sensibilisation à l'environnement comme une étape importante et nécessaire pour sensibiliser l'environnement et son culture environnementale de la société. L’étude révèle d'abord les problèmes environnementaux rencontrés par l'Algérie, et affectant les zones urbaines privées Et les systèmes écologique et désert et ainsi que la richesse animale et végétale, malgré l'abondance de l'Algérie, compte tenu de mérite une grande attention en termes de l'exploitation et à la conduite des ressources naturelles, mais ces ressources ont été nombreuses formes de dommages qui ont conduit à l'exposition de nombreuses espèces animales et végétales menacées d'extinction, ces problèmes causés par l'exploitation excessive et des ressources naturelles irrationnelles et une population de plus en plus dans les zones côtières et de faibles niveaux de prise de conscience de l'importance vitale des questions environnementales, cette prise de conscience des moyens les plus efficaces dans l'utilisation rationnelle des ressources et de traiter avec la biosphère .Parce que les problèmes environnementaux liés au comportement humain et l'interaction des individus avec leur environnement, de sorte que le contact de l'environnement avec toutes les images et les formes est un outil important pour améliorer la qualité de l'environnement comme un mécanisme efficace pour la création et la formation de sensibilisation à l'environnement et à la réalisation de la culture environnementale globale.
