The current study attempts to identify the relationship between teacher-student classroom interaction, social skills development, and general academic achievement and whether this varies depending on the gender variable, the level of study and the achievement. The study was attended by ten male and female teachers on interaction and 181 students on social skills and achievement from Adekar of Béjaïa Province for Education. For the purposes of data collection, we have used the scale of interaction by Philippe Ambroise 2004 and the level of social skills by Abdel Hamid Saad Hassan 2009. As far as academic achievement is concerned, it is the result of the academic year. The results of the study indicate that there are statistically significant differences between male and female teachers in terms of interaction with the students through their answers. There are statistically significant differences in the level of social skills in general and in its sub-dimensions, which are attributed to the favour of the female gender, who possess social skills the most. In terms of interaction, there are statistically significant differences that favour females who are most interacting with teachers. L’objectif de la recherche vérifier la relation entre l’interaction de l’enseignant et l’élève avec le développement des compétences sociales et les résultats scolaire. Dans l’étude la participation de 10 enseignant pour vérifier les interactions et 181 élèves pour avoir leur compétence sociale et les résultats scolaire, on a utilisé deux échelles, le premier sur les interactions et deuxième sur les compétences sociales mais pour les résultats on a vérifié les résultats de l’année scolaire D’après les résultats de la recherche on ‘a déduit les résultats suivante : - Il ya une déférence significative entre enseignant et enseignante d’âpres les réponses des élèves sur l’échelle interaction pour les enseignante. - Il ya une déférence significative entre les élèves sur les compétences sociales pour les élèves de sexe féminin. - Il ya une déférence significative entre les élèves sur les interactions avec les enseignants pour les élèves de sexe féminin. - A la fin on ‘a constater d’après les résultats, que les élèves avec des bonnes résultats scolaire pendant l’année ils ont des bonne interactions et compétence sociale surtout les élèves de sexe féminin تحاول الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد العلاقة بين التفاعل الصفي المعلم والتلميذ وتنمية المهارات الاجتماعية والتحصيل الدراسي العام. وفيما إذا كان ذلك يختلف تبعا لمتغير الجنس والمستوى الدراسي والتحصيل الدراسي. شارك في الدراسة 10 معلمين ومعلمات فيما يخص التفاعل و 181 تلميذ فيما يخص المهارات الاجتماعية والتحصيل الدراسي ينتمون إلى مقاطعة ادكار ببجاية للتربية، ولغرض جمع المعلومات استخدمت مقياس التفاعل Philipe ambroise 2004 ومقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لعبد الحميد سعد حسن 2009 أما التحصيل الدراسي عبارة عن نتائج للعام الدراسي أشارت نتائج الدراسة هناك فروق دال إحصائيا بين المعلمين والمعلمات من حيث التفاعل مع التلاميذ من خلال إجابات التلاميذ وهناك فروق دال إحصائيا في مستوى المهارات الاجتماعية على الأداة بشكل عام وعلى أبعادها الفرعية تعزي لصلح جنس الإناث أي الأكثر امتلاك للمهارات الاجتماعية، آما من حيث التفاعل هناك فروق دال إحصائيا تعزي لصلح الإناث الأكثر تفاعلا مع المعلمين |
