بدأ سريان اتفاق الشراكة الجزائرية -الأوروبية في سبتمبر عام 2005 وذلك بعد أربعة أعوام من التوقيع عليه، حرصا من الجزائر على استكمال الجهود لتسريع عملية التحول إلى اقتصاد السوق، وتحقيق متطلبات الانفتاح على الخارج والاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي. فكان عقد الاتفاق والسعي إلى الانضمام إلى منظمة التجارة العالمية السمة الأبرز لذلك الحرص، حيث يفترض أن اتفاق الشراكة كتكتل إقليمي يوفر للجزائر مجموعة مزايا كبيرة ويخدم مصالحها الاقتصادية والتجارية. واليوم ونحن نقترب من السنة السادسة من بداية تنفيذ الاتفاق، نتساءل عما أحدثه هذا الاتفاق في طبيعة الاقتصاد الجزائري، وعن طبيعة انعكاسات تنفيذ اتفاق الشراكة على بنية الاقتصاد الجزائري؟ تهدف هذه الدراسة النظرية إلى إبراز أهداف وأبعاد الشراكة، ودراسة وتحليل نتائج وانعكاسات تنفيذ بنود اتفاق الشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي، والإشارة إلى المزايا والمحاذير المترتبة عن تنفيذ الاتفاق التي يعرفها واقع الاقتصاد الجزائري
On September 2005, the Algerian - European partnership agreement has taken place four years after it has been signed, in order to complete the rapidness of progresses which lead to the open market transition in Algeria, and achieving openness requirements of the outside world and thus the integration in the international economic order. The most significant of this objective was to conclude an agreement with the Europe Union and trial to integrate in the W.T.O, because it has been supposed that the partnership agreement as regional conglomeration provides Algeria with a variety of enormous privileges which serve its economic and commercial interests. To day as we are almost in the sixth year of the beginning of the agreement execution we found our selves obliged to ask about the impact of such an agreement within the nature of the Algerian economy, and within it's application on the Algerian economic structure? This theory study aims to demonstrate the various objectives and dimensions of the partnership process, and analyse various results and impact of the execution of the different steps of the partnership agreement with the EU, and point out the positive and negative impacts with may result from such an agreement execution, on the economic situation of Algeria.
