المستخلص: Unregulated labor is a huge economic sector in the country, where more than one-third of the economic activity of Arab countries is exceeded. Through informal work, jobs are provided without taking into account workers' rights, of course, as well as contributing to increasing economic production and competition in the market without any legal restriction. The state carries unexpected burdens such as inflation, currency circulation, distribution of products, etc. The informal sector includes all sectors of the economy, but it is not recognized by any side, as it is spread in the fishing and marine sector, as well as in agriculture and other handicrafts, in addition to restaurants and hotels, as well as transportation, construction and construction. Imagine an economic activity that was almost untouched by this kind of work

يشكل العمل غير المنظم قطاع اقتصادي ضخم في الدولة، حيث تجاوز ثلث النشاط الاقتصادي للبلدان العربية، فمن خلال العمل غير المنظم يتم توفير مناصب شغل دون مراعاة لحقوق العامل طبعا، وكذا المساهمة في زيادة الإنتاج الاقتصادي والمنافسة في السوق دون أي قيد قانوني، مما تزيد في تحمل الدولة لأعباء غير متوقعة كالتضخم وتداول العملة وتوزيع المنتوجات وغيرها. إذ شمل العمل غير المنظم جميع القطاعات الاقتصادية فلم يسلم منه جانب، إذ ينتشر في قطاع الصيد البحري والأسماك، كما يكون متواجدا في قطاع الفلاحة والأعمال الحرفية الأخرى، إضافة إلى أعمال المطاعم والفنادق، كما يكون متواجدا في قطاع النقل والمواصلات، والبناء والتشييد، فلا يمكن تصور نشاط اقتصادي لم يمسه هذا النوع من العمل تقريبا.

Le travail informel (non organisé) est un grand secteur économique dans le pays, dépassant le tiers de l'activité économique des pays arabes, il est par le travail informel fournit des emplois sans égard aux droits des travailleurs, bien sûr, ainsi que de contribuer à l'augmentation de la production économique et de la concurrence sur le marché sans aucune restriction légale, qui augmente l'Etat a la charge d'inattendu tels que le commerce de l'inflation et la monnaie et la distribution de produits et d'autres. Comme le travail informel comprenait tous les secteurs économiques n'ont pas épargné le côté, car il se répand dans le secteur de la pêche en mer et les poissons, et être présents dans l'agriculture et d'autres engins et secteur d'activité, en plus du travail des restaurants et hôtels, également présent dans le secteur des transports et la construction, ne peut pas être la perception de l'activité économique ne le toucha pas ce genre de travail presque
