المستخلص: The Algerian legislator subject the execution of the foreign adjudication’s judge in Algeria to control which it have to commit ,for to not impede their execution and it is given to the national guardianship on adjudication’s judge through checking its legitimacy and its suitability to public system , as to not be conversed to it ,and to the other judgment which released from another legal sides , and it should respect the integrity execution’s procedure which is followed ,by starting the demand of exequatur to the procedures of these operation .

أخضع المشرع الجزائري تنفيذ حكم التحكيم الأجنبي في الجزائر إلى ضوابط وفرض الالتزام بها، حتى لا يعيق تنفيذها في الجزائر ومنح فيها للقاضي الوطني مفتاح العبور، أين يقوم بممارسة نوع من الوصاية القضائية على حكم التحكيم من خلال فحص مشروعيته ومدى موافقته للسياسة العامة في الدولة كعدم مخالفته للنظام العام، وتمتعه بحجية الشيء المقضي فيه وعدم تعارضه مع أحكام صدرت من جهات قضائية جزائرية، وكذا مدى احترامه لسلامة نظام الاجراءات المتبع في الدولة لطلب الأمر بالتنفيذ بدءا من إجراءات صدور الحكم التحكيمي مرورا بالجهة المختصة إلى إجراءات تقديم طلب الأمر بالتنفيذ.

législateur algérien Soumise les exequatur de la sentence arbitrale étranger en Algérie à des contrôles et à imposer adhéré, afin de ne pas entraver sa mise exécution en Algérie et à l'octroi d'un commutateur de cavalier juge national, où l'exercice du genre de garde judiciaire de la sentence arbitrale en examinant sa légitimité et son aptitude à l'ordre public dans l'État comme de ne pas violer l'ordre public et la jouissance de la chose jugée où la chose et non incompatible avec les dispositions émises par les organes judiciaires algériens, ainsi que la mesure de respecter les mesures de sécurité prises dans le système de l'Etat pour demander exequatur à partir de l'émission des procédures d'attribution par le service compétent au processus d'application de exequatur
