المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على واقع الخدمات الطبية المساندة المقدمة للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية من وجهة نظر معلّمات التربية الخاصة في محافظة المفرق في الأردن. وقد جُمعت بيانات الدراسة باستخدام أداة تمّ تصميمها لأغراض الدراسة. حيث تألفت الأداة من (52) مؤشراً موزعة على (5) مجالات رئيسة، واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها على جميع مؤسسات ومراكز التربية الخاصة، وبلغ عددها (11) مؤسسةً ومركزاً، وعدد معلّمات التربية الخاص (80) معلمةً. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ واقع الخدمات الطبية المساندة المقدمة للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية كانت مرتبة حسب توافرها في مؤسسات ومراكز التربية الخاصة على النحو التالي: خدمات العلاج الطبيعي، خدمات علاج اللغة والنطق، خدمات العلاج الوظيفي، الخدمات الصحية الطبية، الخدمات التمريضية. وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي على مجالات الأداة ككل (1.76) بدرجة انطباق متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة(α=0.05) بين حكومي من جهة وكل من خاص، ودولي من جهة أخرى وجاءت الفروق لصالح كل من خاص، ودولي في الخدمات الصحية الطبية، والخدمات التمريضية، والدرجة الكلية. وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05)بين حكومي ودولي وجاءت الفروق لصالح دولي في خدمات علاج اللغة والنطق. كما وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين خاص من جهة وكل من حكومي، ودولي من جهة أخرى وجاءت الفروق لصالح خاص في خدمات العلاج الطبيعي. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05)بين خاص وحكومي وجاءت الفروق لصالح خاص في خدمات العلاج الوظيفي.

The study sought to identify the status quo of supportive medical services provided for students with intellectual disabilities from special education female teachers at Al Mafraq Government in Jordan. The data of the study was collected via a questionnaire developed for the objectives of the study. The questionnaire consisted of (52) criteria distributing on (5) main domains. The population and sample of the study included all special education centers and institutions, totaling (11) while special education female teachers totaled (80). The results of the study showed that the status quo of supportive medical services provided for students with intellectual disabilities were ordered according to availability level in the special education centers and institutions as follows: physical therapy services, language therapy services, functional therapy services, medical health services, nursing services, respectively. The means scores for the total instrument was ( M=1.76) with moderate level. There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) between public and private institutions and centers on the one hand, and international on the other, in favor of private and international in the medical health services and the nursing services and the total score. There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) between public institutions and centers and international, in favor of international institutions and centers in language therapy services. There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) between private institutions and centers from one hand and public and international on the other, in favor of private centers and institutions in physical therapy services. international, in favor of international institutions and centers physical therapy services.
