تركز كثير من البحوث في ميدان علم النفس على دراسة الاتجاهات لكل الأفراد والمستويات، خاصة السلك التعليمي والتربوي، بما له دور مهم في اعداد وتهيئة مدرسون مؤهلون داخل المدارس من اجل أعداد أجيال المستقبل لتطوير المجتمع ومواكبة التطور العلمي السريع. نظرا لأهمية هذا الاتجاه الإيجابي نحو مهنة التدريس تم تحديد أهداف البحث كالآتي: 1- اتجاهات طلبة التربية في جامعة تكريت نحو مهنة التدريس. 2- الفرق في الاتجاهات حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور، اناث) نحو مهنة التدريس لدى كلية التربية في جامعة تكريت. وقد تم تحديد مجتمع البحث من طلبة التربية في جامعة تكريت البالغة 1097 طالب وطالبة للعام الدراسي 2015 – 2016. شملت عينة البحث من 100 طالب وطالبة في كلية التربية جامعة تكريت بواقع (50) طالب و (50) طالبة بنسبة 10% من مجمع البحث، وقد اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية. ومن اجل تحقيق الأهداف المرسومة قامت الباحثة بالإجراءات الآتية: - 1- بناء مقياس الاتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس وفقا للمقاييس العلمية فقد اطلعت الباحثة على عدد من المقاييس والأدبيات الخاصة بالاتجاهات. وقد تم جمع الفقرات من خلال وضع استفتاء استطلاعي مفتوح تم توزيعه على عدد من الطلبة في كلية التربية لتعرف على وجهات نظرهم في الجوانب الإيجابية والسلبية لمهنة التدريس. وقد بلغ المقياس بصورته النهائية (35) فقرة تم عرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين في مجال التربية وعلم النفس لاستخراج صدق الظاهرة. وتم حساب معامل ثبات الاستبيان الذي بلغ (0.92) وهو ثابت عالي يعول عليه في هذا البحث بعد تعديلها بمعادلة سبيرمان براون. وقد تم تطبيق الاستبيان على العينة وتأكيد على التعليمات في الإجابة، ثم صححت الاستبانة. استخدمت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية:- 1- معامل ارتباط بيرسون. 2- معامل التصحيح بمعادلة سبيرمان براون. 3- المتوسط الحسابي. 4- الاختبار التائي (T- Test). وقد تبينت من نتائج البحث أن المتوسط الحسابي لاتجاهات طلبة كلية التربية جامعة تكريت الذي بلغ (62، 67) درجة هو أعلى من المتوسط النظري بمقدار (6.62) درجة إلا إنها غير دالة معنويا عند أي مستوى (0.001) عند درجة حرية (98) مما يعطي مؤشرا بأن هناك اتجاه موجها لدى طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة تكريت باختلاف صنوفهم وجنسهم نحو مهنة تدريس. أما بالنسبة للهدف الثاني من خلال نتيجة القيمة التائية المحسوبة والتي هي أكبر من القيمة الجدولية عند مستوى (0.05) وبدرجة حرية (98) تؤكد بأن البنات في اتجاهاتهن أكبر من البنين نحو مهنة التدريس.
Many of the research focus in the field of psychology to study the trends and levels of all individuals, especially the education corps and education, including an important role in the preparation and creation of qualified teachers in schools in order to prepare future generations for the development of the community and keep up with the rapid scientific development. Given the importance of this positive trend towards the teaching profession have been identified targets research as follows: 1- Trends students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Tikrit, about the teaching profession. 2- The difference in attitudes by variable sex (male, female) towards the teaching profession at the College of Education at the University of Tikrit. It has been identified from the research community education students at Tikrit University for the academic year 2015 - 2016 by variable sex. Included research sample of (100) male and female students represent the scientific differences and humanity consisted of 25 students and 25 students in the human branch and 25 male students and 25 female students in the scientific branch where selected at random. In order to achieve the set goals, the researcher measures the following: - 1- At gauge attitudes towards the teaching profession according to scientific standards have seen a researcher on a number of metrics and trends for literature. paragraphs have been collected through the development of an open straw poll was distributed to a number of students in the College of Education to find out their views on the positive and negative aspects of the teaching profession. It has reached the final measure of his image (35) items was presented to a group of experts and specialists in the field of education and psychology to extract the sincerity of the phenomenon. And the stability of the questionnaire which stood coefficient (0.92) and is a high fixed reliable in this research after adjustment formula Spearman Brown. It has been applied to the questionnaire on the sample and confirm the instructions in the answer, then corrected questionnaire. The researcher used the following statistical means: - 1. Pearson correlation coefficient. 2. Spearman Brown correction formula coefficient. 3. SMA. 4. T - Test May be identified from the search results to the arithmetic average of the trends of students of the Faculty of Education University of Tikrit, which amounted to (62.67) score is higher than the theoretical average by (6.62) degrees, but it is morally function at any level (0001) when the degree of freedom ( 98), which gives an indication that there is a trend directed at the students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Tikrit Snovhm depending on their sex and about the profession of teaching. As for the second goal by the result of the calculated value of T, which is the largest of the tabular value at the level of (0.05) and the degree of freedom (98) confirms that the trends of the girls are larger than the boys about the teaching profession.
