|f In this study, we present the relationship of discourse with fallacy, as the latter is a discursive strategy in persuasion. We have taken the contemporary Moroccan political discourse as a text of the work. We have studied the theoretical sources of fallacy, starting with Aristotle, to the pioneers of dialectical deliberative pragmatico - Dialectique with Rob Grootendorst and Van Eemeren, who believed that the fallacy is a breach of critical dialogue, and the political discourse in our perception is nothing but a breach of the rules of critical dialogue, the purpose of which is often camouflaging and misleading. |d A Travers cette étude, nous aborderons la relations existant entre le discours et le paralogisme compte tenu que celui- ci est une stratégie discursive pour convaincre et persuader, pour se faire nous avons pris le discours politique contemporain du Maroc comme champ du travail. Nous avons axe notre des ressources théoriques commençant par ARISTOTE jusqu'aux fondateurs de la pragmatique dialectique avec ROB Grotendest et VAN Emaren ceux-ci ont considère le paralogisme comme une transgression du dialogue critique et que le discours politique contemporain selon notre conception n'est qu'infraction aux règles du dialogue critique. Son but est souvent de feindre l'opinion publique.

|a نعرض في هذه الدراسة لعلاقة الخطاب بالمغالطة، باعتبار هذه الأخيرة استراتيجية خطابية في الإقناع، وقد اتخذنا الخطاب السياسي المغربي المعاصر متنا للاشتغال. وقد توقفنا عند المصادر النظرية للمغالطة بدء بأرسطو وصولاً لرواد التداولية الجدلية Pragmtico- Dialectique مع روب كرتندرست وفان ايمرين اللذين تصورا المغالطة خرقاً للحوار النقدي وما الخطاب السياسي في تصورنا إلا خرقاً لقواعد الحوار النقدي فالغاية منه في أحايين كثيرة هي التمويه والتضليل.
