عنوان الدراسة: دور المدرسة الثانوية في تنمية الوعي بإدارة الوقت لدى الطلاب كما يراها المشرفون التربويون بمدينة الرياض. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المدرسة الثانوية في تنمية الوعي بإدارة الوقت لدى الطلاب، من خلال التعرف على دور إدارة المدرسة الثانوية، والمعلمين، والأنشطة الطلابية في تنمية الوعي بإدارة الوقت لدى الطلاب من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، وأهم السبل والمقترحات لتنمية الوعي بإدارة الوقت لدى الطلاب، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من المشرفين التربويين بمدينة الرياض بلغ عددهم (202) مشرفا بنسبة 42.7 % من إجمالي عدد المشرفين بالرياض والبالغ عددهم (473) مشرفا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: أفراد العينة موافقون بدرجة متوسطة (65.60 %) على قيام إدارة المدرسة بتنمية وعي الطلاب بإدارة الوقت، وقد كانت أعلى ثلاث استجابات ما يلي: - استشهاد إدارة المدرسة في طابور الصباح بآيات من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية لتنمية وعي الطلاب بإدارة الوقت. - تفعل إدارة المدرسة دور القدوة الصالحة في إدارة الوقت أمام الطلاب. - تتابع إدارة المدرسة تأخر الطلاب في كل حصة دراسية ليدرك الطلاب اهتمام المدرسة بالوقت. أفراد العينة موافقون بدرجة متوسطة (63.35 %) على قيام الأنشطة الطلابية بتنمية وعي الطلاب بإدارة الوقت، وقد كانت أعلى ثلاث استجابات ما يلي: - تقوم بتنفيذ أنشطتها المختلفة وفق جدول زمني محدد - تقوم بكتابة عبارات هادفة حول إدارة الوقت في الأماكن التي يرتادها الطلاب - استثمار المناسبات الدينية التي تتكرر في توعية الطلاب بسرعة انقضاء الوقت أفراد العينة موافقون بدرجة متوسطة (67.33%) على قيام المعلمين بتنمية وعي الطلاب بإدارة الوقت، وقد كانت أعلي ثلاث استجابات ما يلي: - الانصراف من الفصل في الوقت المحدد ليكون قدوة لطلابه. - المحافظة على دخوله الفصل في الوقت المحدد ليكون قدوة لطلابه. - عدم السماح للطلاب بالخروج عن موضوع الدرس في الحديث أثناء الحصة الدراسية حفاظاً على الوقت. أفراد العينة موافقون بدرجة كبيرة (81.15 %) على سبل تنمية وعي الطلاب بإدارة الوقت وقد كانت أعلى ثلاث استجابات ما يلي: - تفعيل الإدارة المدرسية لدور القدوة الصالحة في المحافظة على الوقت. - تفعيل المعلم لدور القدوة الصالحة في حسن إدارة الوقت والمحافظة عليه. - تشجيع المعلم للطلاب المنتظمين في إنجاز ما يطلبه منهم في الوقت المحدد أمام زملائهم.

The top three responses were the following. - Martyrdom of the school administration in the morning column with verses from the Quran and the Sunnah to develop students’ awareness of time management - The school administration plays a role as a good role model in time management for students. - The school administration follows the delay of the students in each class to show students the interest of the school time. The sample respondents (63.35%) agreed that student activities should develop students' awareness of time management and their * responses to all axis expressions. The top three responses were: - It carries out its various activities, according to a specific timetable. - Write meaningful phrases about time management in places frequented by students. - Investment of religious events that are repeated in the awareness of students quickly time lapse. (67.33%) agreed that teachers should develop students' awareness of time management and their responses to all. the terms of the axis. The top three responses were: - Activating the school administration for the role of good example in preserving time. - Activating the teacher role role model in good time management and maintenance. - Encourage teacher to regular students to accomplish what he asks them in time for their colleagues.
