|f Most of the countries in the world have increased the use of conventional energy, which is produced by using conventional fuels such as oil, gas, coal or nuclear power. These sources greatly increase the pollution in the environment, as they produce carbon dioxide, which contributes to increasing the temperature of the atmosphere around the globe. It was necessary to look for clean sources of energy and to move more towards the rationalization of the use of oil emitting emissions and move towards dependence on the use of clean and renewable energies. The sooner the role of renewable energies as a major source of energy, the better, and to avoid excessive consumption of non-renewable traditional energy sources and systems that threaten the global order of our world.\nSolar energy initiatives are steadily increasing the interest in studies and projects related to these initiatives to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and to emphasize the use of the principles of sustainable development through present and future urban communities. On this basis, execution of planning, environmental and urban considerations as well as binding laws are the most important factors for achieving such objectives.\nOn this basis, the research thesis has been formed to discuss the role of passive solar energy as one of the renewable energies in urban development as one of the effective ways to develop new and sustainable urban communities generally. And to enrich people’s ability to understand and take into account the environmental factors surrounding it and maintain its sustainability in light of its needs for development and reconstruction.\nThe solar in urban development, and subsequently the assessment of the possible use of these applications and systems through urban development trends during the medium and long term towards the development of new communities on land representing 95% of the area of Egypt is not exploited efficiently because most of them are desert lands.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a إن أغلب بلدان العالم قد زادت من استخدام الطاقة التقليدية والتي تنتج باستعمال الوقود التقليدي مثل النفط والغاز والفحم أو الطاقة النووية إن هذه المصادر تزيد بنسبة كبيره من تلوث البيئة حيث تنتج غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون الذي يساهم في زيادة درجة حرارة الجو المحيط بالكرة الأرضية كان لابد من البحث عن مصادر نظيفة للطاقة وإن تتجه بصورة أكبر نحو ترشيد استخدام النفط المسبب للانبعاثات والاتجاه نحو للاعتماد على استخدام الطاقات المتجددة والنظيفة. وكلما زادت دور الطاقات المتجددة كمصدر رئيسي للطاقة ذلك قريبا كلما كان أفضل، والابتعاد عن الاستهلاك المفرط لمصادر الطاقة التقليدية غير المتجددة وأنظمتها التي تهدد النظام الكوني لعالمنا.\nفنجد تزايد مطرد في مبادرات مدن الطاقة الشمسية الاهتمام بالدراسات والمشروعات المتعلقة لهذه المبادرات لتقليل انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون وتأكيد استخدام مبادئ التنمية والعمران المستدام، وذلك من خلال المجتمعات العمرانية الحالية والمستقبلية. وعلى هذا الأساس فإن مراعاة الاعتبارات التخطيطية والبيئية والعمرانية وأيضا القوانين الملزمة من أهم العوامل لتحقيق مثل هذه الأهداف السابقة.\nوعلى هذا الأساس، فإن الرسالة البحثية قد شكلت لتناقش دور الطاقة الشمسية السلبية كأحد الطاقات المتجددة في التنمية العمرانية، كأحدي السبل الفعالة لتنمية مجتمعات عمرانية جديدة ومستدامة بشكل عام. وإثراء تمكين الإنسان من فهم ومراعاة العوامل البيئة المحيطة به والحفاظ على استدامتها في ظل احتياجاته للتنمية والتعمير.\nالشمسية في التنمية العمرانية، وبالتالي، تقييم إمكانية استخدام هذه التطبيقات والأنظمة من خلال توجهات التنمية العمرانية خلال المدى المتوسط والبعيد نحو تنمية مجتمعات جديدة على أرض تمثل 95% من مساحة مصر غير مستغله بكفاءة لأن معظمها أراضي صحراوية.\n
