This culture has not yet spread among members of the system as a whole, although design management processes and practices often affect and are heavily influenced by the time management of design projects through decisions taken by administrations Competent, This requires careful coordination between the design, planning, monitoring and development stages, taking into consideration the time needed for each of the previous operations, as well as the cost, quality and other factors that are related to the production processes, which requires consideration of design processes with a comprehensive perspective that requires time management And to adjust them in accordance with the implications of the implementation of decisions already taken, The aim of the research is to identify the time management tools for design projects in institutions working in the field of designing printed fabrics in the Egyptian market by developing practical steps and procedures to achieve maximum savings in time through the use of management, monitoring, evaluation and development methods within the work environment. Would reduce the waste resulting from the lack of coordination between the different processes.
إن عملية التصميم هي أهم العمليات اللزمة لبدء تصنيع أقمشة المفروشات المطبوعة، ويواجه تصميم أقمشة المفروشات المطبوعة العديد من المشكلات داخل مصر نظرا للمنافسة الشرسة من قبل الشركات الأجنبية التي انتشرت منتجاتها في السوق المصرية، وتعتبر إدارة وقت مشاريع تصميم أقمشة المفروشات من أهم السبل التي من شأنها تطوير تلك الصناعات لدى العديد من المؤسسات العاملة بالصناعة بصفة عامة والمؤسسات العاملة في مجال طباعة أقمشة المفروشات التي تعد بمثابة مشاريع صغيرة ومتوسطة، والمشكلة تكمن في أن المهتمين بإدارة وقت مشاريع التصميم عدد قليل جدا ذلك أن تلك الثقافة لم تنتشر بعد بين أفراد المنظومة ككل، على الرغم من أن استراتيجيات إدارة عمليات التصميم والممارسات المتعلقة بها غالبا ما تؤثر وتتأثر بشدة بإدارة وقت مشاريع التصميم من خلال القرارات التي تتخذها الإدارات المختصة، فالأمر يتطلب التنسيق البالغ بين مراحل التصميم والتخطيط والمراقبة والتطوير مع الوضع في الاعتبار الوقت اللازم لكل عملية من العمليات السابقة وكذلك التكلفة والجودة وغيرها نمن العوامل المختلفة التي ترتبط بعمليات الإنتاج وهو ما يستلزم النظر إلى عمليات التصميم بمنظور شامل يتطلب إدارة وقت تتسم بالدقة البالغة في اتخاذ القرارات وتعديلها تبعاً للآثار المترتبة على تنفيذ قرارات سبق واتخذت من قبل، ويهدف البحث إلى العمل على تحديد أدوات غدارة وقت مشاريع التصميم بالمؤسسات العاملة في مجال تصميم أقمشة المفروشات المطبوعة داخل السوق المصرية من خلال وضع خطوات وإجراءات قابلة للتطبيق بهدف تحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من التوفير في الوقت من خلال استخدام أساليب إدارة ومتابعة وتقييم وتطوير داخل بيئة العمل ما من شأنه التقليل من الهدر الناتج عن عدم التنسيق بين العمليات المختلفة.
