المستخلص: The reality of small and medium-sized Algerian enterprises highlights their inability to meet the needs of the local market of goods and services equally in terms of quality, quantity and price, as well as the high production costs and prices of their products, which prevent them from acquiring comparative advantages that allow them to specialize in their production as increasing the competitiveness of these enterprises depends on the extent to which they are able to bring about change and innovation in their production structures. In this context, the foreign company is considered an important means for the training of Algerian SMEs, especially in light of the liberalization of foreign trade and the signing of the partnership agreement with the European Union, as it contributes to improving the competitiveness of these enterprises.

La réalité des PME souligne l' incapacité de répondre aux besoins essentiels du marché local de biens et de services , à la fois en termes de qualité ou de la quantité ou le prix en plus des coûts élevés de production et les prix de leurs produits , ce qui les empêche de gagner des avantages comparatifs de leur permettre de se spécialiser dans la production , par conséquent , l’augmenter de la compétitivité de ces institutions dépend de leur capacité à apporter des changements et de renouveau au niveau des structures de la productivité .
Dans ce contexte , le partenariat étranger est un moyen important pour la réhabilitation des institutions algériennes , et les petites et moyennes entreprises, en particulier à la lumière de la libéralisation du commerce extérieur et l’ accord de partenariat avec l'Union européenne de contribuer à l'amélioration de la compétitivité de ces institutions .


إن واقع المؤسسات الجزائرية الصغيرة والمتوسطة يبرز عدم قدرتها على تلبية الاحتياجات الضرورية للسوق المحلية من سلع وخدمات سواء من حيث الجودة أو الكمية أو السعر إضافة إلى ارتفاع تكاليف إنتاجها وأسعار منتجاتها مما يمنعها من اكتساب مزايا نسبية تسمح لها بالتخصص في إنتاجها، لذا فإن رفع القدرات التنافسية لهذه المؤسسات يتوقف على مدى قدرتها على إحداث التغيير والتجديد على مستوى هياكلها الإنتاجية، وفي هذا الاطار تعتبر الشركة الأجنبية وسيلة هامة لتأهيل المؤسسات الجزائرية الصغيرة والمتوسطة خاصة في ظل تحرير التجارة الخارجية وتوقيع اتفاق الشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي كونها تساهم في تحسين تنافسية هذه المؤسسات.
