|b The present research aims to improve the quality of family life to parents and improve the psychological adjustment of children with mental disabilities who are able to learn "through a training program prepared for it and its impact on psychological adjustment to their children". It emerges from this goal several objectives: training the parents of disabled children on the normal parental treatment methods, and methods of parental support needed to deal with their children. And psychological rehabilitation and educational for the parents and the rest of the non-disabled children to deal with the mentally handicapped son and various methods to satisfy their needs. And training parents on some special skills interpesonal interactions, and resolving marital and family problems, and access to an appropriate degree of marital compatibility. And directing a disabled child's family the importance of education and rehabilitation and training of their child with a disability. In addition to raising the level of effectiveness of the family and the quality of its performance and its impact on psychological adjustment of the child with a disability. The formulation of a number of assumptions in order to check them out. The results showed that the material needs was the first requirement and most important, followed the psychological and social needs, and finally comes the knowledge needs in the third and final place. And the presence of statistically significant differences between mean scores of mothers of disabled children after the program. "The presence of effect to the variable of type / sex, treatment, and the interaction between them on the contrast grades obtained by the respondents in the telemetric scale psychological adjustment.

|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحسين مستوى جودة الحياة الأسرية لدى والدي الأطفال المعاقين عقلياً "من خلال برنامج تدريبي معد لذلك وأثر ذلك على مستوى التوافق النفسي لأبنائهم" من خلال: تدريب والدي الأطفال المعاقين على أساليب المعاملة الوالدية السوية،- وأساليب المساندة الوالدية اللازمة للتعامل مع أبنائهم. والتأهيل النفسي والتربوي للوالدين وباقي الأبناء من غير المعاقين على التعامل مع الابن المعاق عقلياً والأساليب المختلفة لإشباع احتياجاته. وتدريب الوالدين على بعض المهارات الخاصة بالتفاعلات البينشخصية، وحل المشاكل الزوجية والأسرية وصولاً إلى درجة مناسبة من التوافق الزواجي. وتوجيه أسرة الطفل المعاق بأهمية تعليم وتأهيل وتدريب طفلهم المعاق. بالإضافة إلى ربع مستوى فاعلية الأسرة وجودة أدائها وإنعكاس ذلك على التوافق النفسي للطفل المعاق. وقد تم صياغة عدد من الفروض بهدف التحقق منها. وأظهرت النتائج أن الاحتياجات المادية كانت الاحتياج الأول والأهم، يليها الاحتياجات النفسية والاجتماعية، وأخيراً تأتي الاحتياجات المعرفية في المرتبة الأخيرة. ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات أمهات الأطفال المعاقين قبل تطبيق البرنامج ومتوسطات درجاتهن بعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي لمستوى جودة الحياة الأسرية على مقياس جودة الحياة الأسرية (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية)". ووجود تأثير دال لمتغير النوع/ الجنس والمعالجة والتفاعل بينهما على تباين الدرجات التي حصل عليها أفراد العينة في القياس البعدي لمقياس التوافق النفسي.
