This research is based on the study of a Cup of copper belonging to a set of items in the collection of Her Highness The Princess Modi bent Assaf at al-Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Cup is published for the first time and decorated with organisms, plants, and geometrical decorations which are not less important than its equivalences found on the paintings of Qajar manuscripts and Iranian antiques decorated with enamel or lacquer. This makes the Cup a good model to study the Qajari painting on metal objects. This study followed a descriptive approach, examining the cup in terms of its form and decorations. The artist followed the drawing technique of enclosing the artistic issues represented within geometric forms so that the Cup accommodates the largest number of pictorial topics, such as hunting scenes, mirth, and daily works like farming and ceramicsmaking. Moreover, the analytical study examined the raw material used; methods of industry; decoration; pictorial topics; the perspective, Human paintings; fashion; animals and birds paintings; and plant and geometrical decoration. The study examined also the history of the Cup. Finally, the most important results of the study were presented.
