يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بمفهوم الأزمة وأنواعها ومتطلباتها وأساليب إدارتها والإمكانات المتاحة لمعالجتها في إطار تحليل آراء عينة من المديرين في الشركة العامة لصناعة الألبسة الجاهزة في الموصل والشركة العامة لصناعة الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية في نينوى. البالغ عددهم (42) مديرا مختلف الأقسام والوحدات في الشركتين، وقد سعت الباحثة وصولا إلى نتائج بحثها نحو الإجابة عن التساؤلات الآتية: 1. ما الأسباب المؤدية إلى حدوث الأزمات في الشركتين المحبوثتين؟ 2. ما الجهات التي تتولى إدارة الأزمات في الشركتين المبحوثتين؟ 3. هل تتوفر في الشركتين المبحوثتين الإمكانات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات ومعالجتها؟ وقد تبنت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في ظل اعتماد استمارة الاستبانة التي كانت الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات اللازمة للبحث، وبهدف تحليل نتائج الجانب الميداني تم اعتماد عدد من الفرضيات التي تم اختبارها باستخدام البرمجية الجاهزة (SPSS) بالإفادة من النسب المئوية والأوساط الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات منها: 1. تعدد الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى حدوث الأزمات وقد جاءت الأسباب المتعلقة بمصادر التمويل في المرتبة الأولى. 2. يشارك في إدارة الأزمات عدة جهات وكانت مشاركة كل من المدير العام ومجلس الإدارة بدرجة كبيرة. 3. تتوفر في الشركتين قيد الدراسة الإمكانات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات. وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه قدمت الباحثة مقترحاتها ولعل أهمها تلك الموجهة إلى مجتمع البحث بصورة خاصة والشركات الصناعية الأخرى بصورة عامة التي تفيد تعميق الوعي لدى القيادات الإدارية حول مفهوم الأزمة وإداراتها والإمكانات اللازمة لمعالجتها والنظر إليه على وفق أساس استراتيجي مستقبلي لضمان البقاء والاستمرار وعدم الانهيار
The research aims to introduce the concept of crisis and types, requirements and methods of management and available resources to address them in the context of analysis of the views of a sample of managers in the State Company for Ready Wear Manufacturing in Mosul and the General Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies in Nineveh. Of their number (42) managers of various departments and units in the two companies, the researcher has sought access to the search results to answer the following questions: 1 - What causes of crisis in the two companies Alambhuthtin? 2 - What the authorities charged with managing crisis in the two companies Alambhuthtin ? 3 - Is available in two companies Alambhuthnin capabilities for crisis management and treatment? Has adopted a researcher descriptive analytical approach in light of the adoption of Astmah resolution, which was main tool to collect data needed for research, in order to analyze the results of the field has been the adoption of a number of assumptions that have been tested using the software ready (SPSS) to benefit from the percentages and the community accounting and standard deviations, The researcher found a number of conclusions, including: 1 - the multiplicity of causes that lead to a crisis came on the sources of funding causes in the first place. 2 - involved in crisis management, among others, and the participation of the Director-General and the Board of Directors significantly. 3 - are available in the two companies under study the potential for crisis management.
