المستخلص: The impact of healthy organization mission on its service levels Hospital of education children protection as a model –Baghdad The research aims to show the importance of the purports of the hospital mission and its effect on the levels of the healthy services (main benefit, real service, enhances service) by answering the following questions: 1. Do the hospital mission purports reflect the role and importance of each service level? 2. Does the mission simulate and agree with the human values and believes? 3. Does the hospital management attempt to develop new services that meet the renewable needs of the customers? The research also aims to know how much the hospital management takes care of the committees and workers in formulating a clear human mission in all of its different levels. The education hospital of children protections in Baghdad has been chosen as the field of our research , A sample consists of 50 person has been chosen from the scientific department managers , bosses, divisions, units in addition to some doctors pharmacologists in the hospital departments their opinions is than in accord to a questionnaire for this purpose. A survey of analyzed by using AMOS program in addition to statistical tools in analyzing the research hypotheses. The following are some conclusions:- 1. the hospital management attempts take into account for importance of its service levels at formulating human mission and to plan for its healthy , medical services ,and the supplies that used to diagnose and treatment with acceptance grade . 2. Planning for it healthy and medical services for the purpose of cleansing and remedying. Finally the research has presented some recommendations such as: 1. The healthy and medical services must promote much more mental and physical heath for the people children and adults. 2. The hospital monument and employees must all believe that they live in a competitive environment in accordance to their work reality and behave by their requirement.

يسعى الباحث إلى بيان أهمية مضامين رسالة المستشفى وأثرها في مستويات خدماتها الصحية عنها بتساؤلات هي: 1- هل مضامين رسالة المستشفى تعكس دور وأهمية كل مستوى من مستويات خدماتها؟ 2- هل تحاكي وتنسجم رسالة المستشفى مع القيم والمعتقدات الإنسانية ومسئولياتها الاجتماعية؟ 3- هل تسعى إدارة المستشفى إلى تطوير خدمات جديدة تلبي الاحتياجات المتجددة للمستفيدين من خدماتها؟ وهدف البحث إلى معرفة مدى اهتمام إدارة المستشفى مجال البحث والعاملين فيه في صياغة مضامين رسالة إنسانية واضحة ومفهومة وتوظيفها في كل مستوى من مستويات خدماتها الصحية. وقد تم اختيار مستشفى حماية الأطفال التعليمي في بغداد كميدان لإجراء البحث، اختيرت عينة مؤلفة من (50) فرداً من مديري الأقسام العلمية ورؤساء الشعب والوحدات وبعض الأطباء والصيادلة في المستشفى جرى استطلاع آرائهم بموجب استبانة محكمة لهذا الغرض، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (AMOS)، استعملت أدوات إحصائية مختبرة في تحليل فرضيات البحث، إذ توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من أهم مضامينها الآتي: 1- إن إدارة المستشفى تأخذ بنظر الاعتبار أهمية مستويات خدماتها عند صياغة رسالتها الإنسانية. 2- والتخطيط لخدماتها الصحية والطبية ومستلزماتها المساعدة في التشخيص والمعالجة وبدرجة مقبولة. 3- تسعى إدارة المستشفى والعاملين فيها إلى تحقيق أعلى درجات رضا المستفيدين من خدماتها وكسب ولائهم. وتقدم الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهم مضامينها الآتي: 1- ضرورة الارتقاء أكثر فأكثر بمستوى الخدمات الصحية والطبية لأنها تتعلق بتحقيق وضمان السلامة العقلية والبدنية لأبناء المجتمع أطفالاً كانوا أم كباراً. 2- يفترض بإدارة المستشفى والمنتسبين جميعا أن يؤمنوا بأنهم يعيشون في بينة تنافسية كما يشير واقع عملهم إلى ذلك ويتصرفوا كما تمليه عليهم متطلباتها.
