المستخلص: The media and communication are ideal tools for disseminating information materials and cultural, social and environmental information, which explain to all segments of society and children, specially their rights and duties towards their family and society. These various means, whether print media, broadcast media, can contribute to learning the views of children and deal with issues that concern them from their point of view thus enabling this important segment of society to participate in matters related to their lives, in parallel with the responsibility of the various media and communication to protect children in all forms and methods. Media has become a genuine partner, so requirements related to children and media were among the most important concerns. Today, however, children live in a world of mass media influencing the well-being of his life. These rights must be preserved through Arab and scientific charters and constitutions.

تعتبر وسائل الإعلام والاتصال أدوات مثلى لنشر المواد الإعلامية والمعلومات الثقافية والاجتماعية والبيئية، التي توضح لكل أطياف المجتمع والطفل خاصة حقوقه وواجباته تجاه أسرته ومجتمعه، حيث أن باستطاعة هذه الوسائل المختلفة سواء كانت مكتوبة أو سمعية أو بصرية، المساهمة في التعرف على آراء الأطفال والتعامل مع القضايا التي تهمهم من وجهة نظرهم وبالتالي تمكين هذه الشريحة المهمة من المجتمع من المشاركة في الأمور التي تتعلق بحياتهم، بالموازاة مع تحمل وسائل الإعلام والاتصال المختلفة مسؤولية حماية الأطفال بكل الأشكال والأساليب وأصبح الإعلام شريكا أصيلا، لذلك كانت المتطلبات الخاصة بالطفل والإعلام من أهم اهتماماتها. غير أن الطفل اليوم يعيش في عالم غزير من تدفق الإعلام أصبحت تؤثر على صفو حياته، وجب الحفاظ على هذه الحقوق من خلال المواثيق والدساتير العربية والعلمية.

Les médias sont considérés comme des moyens efficaces de la diffusion de l’information et des informations relatives à la vie sociale, culturelle et environnementale qui servent d’énoncer l’actualité à un large public y compris l’enfant la catégorie la plus vulnérable. ils sont censés sonder les opinions des enfants eux-mêmes envers les questions qui leur concernent à fin de pouvoir participer au traitement des questions de l’enfant et contribuer à le protéger de toute forme de préjudice informationnel. cependant l’enfant aujourd’hui vit dans un monde de flux de l’information qui ne permit pas d’assurer une vie stable et paisible en affectant l’état morale et psychique de l’enfant, ce qui exige de consacrer une règlementation propre à la protection de l’enfant des médias et cela ne sera que via les chartes et les constitutions arabes.
