|a يخضع سقوط حركة العين لقانون يحتاج الوقوف عليه تتبع الظاهرة ووجودها في النصوص المختلفة في اللغة العربية، والنظر في حضورها فيما يُسمَّى باللغات السامية الأخرى، وموقف العلماء من هذه الظاهرة قديما وحديثا. ويمكن أن تحل المسألة في العصر الحديث عبر تطبيق النظريات اللغوية الحديثة، وبخاصة عند النظر في تحول البنى المقطعية المكونة للكلمات بأقسامها الثلاثة الفعل والاسم والحرف؛ ذلك أنَّنا وجدنا هذه الظاهرة ماثلة في بعض الشواهد الشعرية وفي بعض القراءات القرآنية مثل )شَجْر( بدلا من )شَجَرَ). من هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة للوقوف على مظاهر التحول في الأفعال والأسماء في التخلص من حركة العين في الكلمة نتيجة تدخل قوانين التصويت، وتحقيق بعض الشروط كالاتساق والاقتصاد والشمول، وأثر ذلك كله في إنتاج الصيغ الاختيارية.

|b The fall of med letter movement is subjected to a rule whose grasp requires to trace the phenomenon and its presence in various texts in Arabic language, and to consider its presence in the so-called other Semitic languages, and to know the attitude of scholars of this phenomenon in the past and the present. The issue can be resolved in the modern era through the application of modern linguistic theories, especially when considering the transformation of structures, including the three types of words: verbs, names and particles; as we found this phenomenon lie in some evidence of poetry and in some Quranic recitations (such as /shajr/) instead of (/shajara/). Hence, this study came to determine the manifestations of the transformation in the verbs and nouns to get rid of the med letter movement as a result of phonological rules intervention, and the achievement of certain conditions consistency, economy and inclusive, and their impact on the production of optional formulas
