المستخلص: مما لا ريب فيه أن إنسان القرن الحادي والعشرين يختلف عن إنسان القرون الماضية، حيث يواجه إنسان هذا القرن بتحديات جمة في شتى مجالات الحياة في ضوء ما تفرضه تحولات النظام العالمي الجديد الذي تجسدت في مفاهيم المعلوماتية، وثورة الاتصالات والتكنولوجيا، والعولمة، وعصر ما بعد الصناعة، إضافة إلى التغييرات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية المتسارعة سواء على المستويين المحلي أم العالمي؛ مما يفرض على المؤسسات الجامعية بصفة عامة، وكليات التربية بصفة خاصة تبنى صيغة جديدة في تربية الإنسان تؤكد على عدد من المهارات، أهمها القدرة على التكيف والمرونة والتفكير والإبداع والابتكار.
ومن هنا جاء هذا البحث بهدف إلقاء الضوء على مفهوم الحرية الفكرية ومكوناتها، وأهم التغييرات المعاصرة الداعية إلى تنميتها لدى طلابها، والوقوف على الواقع الحالي لدور كليات التربية في تنمية مكونات الحرية الفكرية لدى طلابها، ووضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور كليات التربية في تنمية مكونات الحرية الفكرية لدى طلابها.
ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض وتحليل مفهوم الحرية الفكرية ومكوناتها، والتغييرات المعاصرة، وكذلك في عرض وتحليل الواقع الحالي لدور كليات التربية في تنمية مكونات الحرية الفكرية لدى طلابها، واستخلاص تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور كليات التربية في تنمية مكونات الحرية الفكرية لدى طلابها.
وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى عديد من النتائج، منها: ضعف دور كليات التربية في تنمية مكونات الحرية الفكرية لدى طلابها، كما توصلت إلى تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور كليات التربية في تنمية مكونات الحرية الفكرية لدى طلابها. هذا، وقد ذيلت الباحثة هذا البحث ببحوث مقترحة وبقائمة للمراجع.

There is no doubt that the human being of the twenty-first century is different from the human being of the past centuries. The human of this century faces many challenges in various spheres of life in light of what is imposed by the transformations of the new world order embodied in the concepts of informatics, the revolution of communications and technology, globalization and the post-industrial era, as well as rapid political, economic, social and cultural changes both at the local and global levels;. This requires university institutions in general, and colleges of education in particular, to adopt a new formula in human education that emphasizes a number of skills, the most important of which are the ability to adapt, be flexible, ability to think, creativity and innovation.
Therefore, this research aimed to shed light on the concept of intellectual freedom and its components, and the most important contemporary changes calling for its development among its students, and to identify the current reality of the role of the faculties of education in developing the components of intellectual freedom among its students. A proposal was developed to activate the role of the faculties of education in developing the components of intellectual freedom among its students.
To achieve these objectives, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach in presenting and analyzing the concept of intellectual freedom and its components, and contemporary changes. It also presented and analyzed the current reality of the role of the faculties of education in developing the components of intellectual freedom among its students, and deduced a proposal to activate the role of the faculties of education in developing the components of intellectual freedom among its students.
The researcher reached a number of results, including: The weakness of the role of the faculties of education in developing the components of intellectual freedom among its students. The researcher also arrived at a proposal to activate the role of the faculties of education in developing the components of intellectual freedom among its students. The researcher appended this research with suggested researches and a list of references.
