|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بتجربة الوقف العلمي في جامعة الملك عبد العزيز، وتقويم نموذجه في استثمار الأوقاف، ويعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في بيان أهداف الوقف العلمي لجامعة الملك عبد العزيز وأساليبه في استثمار الأوقاف، كما يستخدم المنهج التحليلي في التعريف بطبيعة استثمار الوقف العلمي، وتحديد آلية الاستثمار التي يتبعها، وتشير نتائج البحث إلى قدرة الوقف العلمي في جامعة الملك عبد العزيز على تعبئة الموارد المالية للطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين بالجامعة لأجل دعم البرامج التعليمية والبحثية من خلال نظام الاستقطاع الشهري، واستفادته من خبرة رجال الأعمال الواقفين في استثمار الأموال الموقوفة في مجالات قليلة المخاطر وجيدة العوائد، كما أن نظام الوقف العلمي أسس على هيئة الشركات المساهمة في القطاع الخاص، حيث كونت له جمعية عمومية تضم جميع الواقفين الكبار، وتوصل البحث إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الوقف العلمي أسهم في تعزيز الموارد المالية الذاتية للجامعة، ودعم أنشطة البحث العلمي وبرامجها الموجهة لجدمة المجتمع.

|d Le présent article porte sur l’expérience du wakf scientifique à l’université du Roi Abdelaziz et l’évaluation de son model sur l’investissement dans les biens du wakf. On s’appuie sur la méthode descriptive dans l’étude du wakf scientifique à l’université du Roi Abdelaziz ainsi que les modes d’exploitation du bien houbous. A cela s’ajoute la méthode analytique lors qu’il s’agit de la définition de la nature de l’investissement du wakf scientifique et la détermination également du mécanisme sur lequel on compte.\nLes résultats de l’étude démontre la capacité de l’université du Roi Abdelaziz de mobiliser les ressources financières des étudiants et du staff enseignants et du personnel, afin de consolider les programmes pédagogiques et de recherche par le billet du mécanismes du payement par mois, outre le profit tiré de l’expérience des hommes d’affaires chargés d’investir dans les biens de wakf dans des domaines où les risques sont réduits et les bénéfices sont énormes.\nAinsi le système du wakf scientifique est fondé sur l’organisme de société par actions dans le secteur privé, il est institué une assemblée générale rassemblant toutes les personnes qui contribuent par des sommes de wakf considérables.\nL’étude a aboutit à un résultat disant que le wakf scientifique a participé dans l’enrichissement de l’autofinancement de l’université et a soutenu les activités de la recherche scientifique et ses programmes destinés aux services de la société.

|f This research aims to introduce the experience of the scientific endowment at King Abdul Aziz University and evaluate its model in the investment of endowments. The research is based on the descriptive approach in the statement of the objectives of the scientific endowment at King Abdulaziz University and its methods in the investment of endowments. The analytical method is also used to define the nature of the investment of the scientific endowment, and determine the investment mechanism it follows. The research results indicate the ability of the scientific endowment at King Abdulaziz University to mobilize financial resources for students, faculty members, and staff to support educational and research programs, through the monthly deduction system, and benefit from the experience of donor business people in investing endowment funds in areas of low risk and good returns. The scientific endowment system was established in the form of shareholding companies in the private sector, where a general assembly was formed to include all the big donors. The research concluded that scientific endowment contributed to strengthening the University's own financial resources and supporting its scientific research activities and programs for the benefit of society.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
