هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالمبدعين والموهوبين وإبراز أدوارهم في الحياة إن وجدوا الرعاية الكافية والاهتمام من قبل الجهات المختصة. كما سعت الدراسة أيضا إلى بيان ضرورة اكتشاف هذه الفئة من الطلاب والأفراد ووضعهم في فوق خاصة بهم وإعداد برامج تناسبهم وتنمي قدراتهم الإبداعية وتفجر طاقاتهم ومواهبهم الكامنة. والهدف الأسمى للدراسة هو استعراض أهم الأساليب التي يمكن استخدامها في عملية الكشف عن الطلاب المبدعين، والتي تستخدم في قياس القدرة الإبداعية لدى الفرد أو كيف يعرف الفرد انه مبدع أم لا؟ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاختبارات والمقاييس التي تعين في الكشف عن المبدعين وقياس الإبداع كاختبارات الذكاء واختبارات التحصيل والتي منها الموضوعي والتقديري، كما بينت الدراسة أنه يمكن استخدام العلامات أو الدرجات الخام في هذا الصدد وذلك بعد تحويها إلى الدرجات الزينية (z.score) والدرجات أو العلامات التائي (T.score)، كما أن هنالك فئات تعين في عملية كشف أو تحديد المبدعين، كالمدرسة وأولياء الأمور، والأقران، والسير الذاتية للطلاب وغيرها. وأوضحت الدراسة أن الفرد يمكنه استخدام اختبارات محددة لقياس قدراته الإبداعية ومعرفة مستوياتها. وأشارت أيضاً إلى أن هذه الاختبارات والمقاييس جميعها قابلة للتعديل والتطوير والتقنين حتى تعطي نتائج سليمة ودقيقة وتتوصل إلى الطلاب المبدعين حقا. وفي الختام أكدت الدراسة أن عملية الكشف عن الطلاب المبدعين ليست بالسهلة وإنما تتطلب جهودا كبيرة وأساليب مقننه، كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من الوصايا من أجل النهوض بهذه العملية والاهتمام بفئة الطلاب المبدعين ورعاية الإبداع.
This study aims to introduce the creators and talents and their roles in life if they find adequate care and attention by the competent authorities. The study also sought to explain the need to discover this class of students and individuals and put them in their own teams. Develop programs that suit them, develop their creative abilities and blow up their potential. The nominal goal of the study is to review the most important methods that can be used in the process of revealing creative students, which are used to measure the creativity of the individual or how the individual knows that he is creative or not. The study found that a number of tests and measurements can be used in detecting innovators and measuring creativity such as intelligence tests and achievement tests, which are objective and estimative. The study also showed that the marks or the raw grades in this number can be used after they are applied to z.score, The following tags (T .score) are also included in the categories identified in the process of revealing creators such as school, parents, peers, CVs of students and others. The study showed that the individual can use specific tests to measure creativity and knowledge levels. It also pointed out that these tests and measurements are all subject to modification, development and standardization, so that they produce accurate results and reach creative students. In conclusion, the study confirmed that the process of exposing creative students is not easy or requires a large codified efforts, and recommended to promote this process and interest in the category of creative students and nurturing creativity.
