From 1979 and especially during the 1980s, Algeria was in a period of recovery. It was a phase for the best management of different economic system structures. The economic restructuring process is characteristed by certain rationality in the management of public companies. But dis experience was interrupted more or less following the riots of October 1988. L'Algérie à compter de 1979 et surtout au cours de la décennie 1980 entre dans une période de redressement. On vise à une meilleure gestion des structures de l'appareil économique. Le processus de restructuration de l'économie nationale véhicule une certaine rationalité dans la gestion des entreprises d'Etat. Mais, cette expérience fut interrompue plus ou moins suite aux émeutes d'octobre 1988. |
