يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على التنمية الصناعية في محافظة أسوان وذلك من خلال دراسة الأثار الإيجابية البيئية والاقتصادية للتنمية الصناعية ، وكذلك التعرف على الأثار البيئية السلبية الناتجة عن الصناعة في محافظة أسوان، وكذلك التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه التنمية الصناعية بها وتحديدها ومحاولة التغلب عليها، هذا إلى جانب دراسة التخطيط المستقبلي للصناعة والتعرف على السياسات التي تم تنفيذها من اجل تنمية المحافظة. وقد تضمن البحث أربعة مباحث أساسية: فقد تناول المبحث الأول: الأثار الإيجابية البيئية والاقتصادية للتنمية الصناعية بمحافظة أسوان والتي منها إعادة استخدام وتدوير النفايات الناتجة عن صناعة السكر واستغلال ذلك فى قيام صناعة الورق الموجودة بالمحافظة عليها باعتبارها مادة خام أساسية. فقد تناول المبحث الثاني: دراسة الآثار البيئية السلبية الناتجة عن الصناعة بالمحافظة والتي منها الملوثات والمخلفات الناتجة عن الصناعة وأساليب الحد منها. اهتم المبحث الثالث: دراسة المشكلات التي تواجه التنمية الصناعية في محافظة أسوان مثل مشكلة نقص المادة الخام ، وكذلك مشكلة التمويل ونقص السيولة ، ومشكلة النقل ، الأيدى العاملة مشكلة التسويق ، الطاقات العاطلة الموجودة بمصنع سكر ادفو ، ومصنع سكر كوم امبو. المبحث الرابع: تناول بالدراسة مستقبل التنمية الصناعية في محافظة أسوان وذلك من خلال التعرف على البنية الأساسية الموجودة بالمحافظة اللازمة للتنمية الصناعية والتي منها توافر الطاقة والمواد الخام والطرق وغير ذلك من المقومات، وكذلك التعرف أهم الصناعات الممكن إقامتها في ضوء إمكانيات المحافظة والسياسات التي تم تنفيذها من اجل التنمية الصناعية بها.
This study aims at identifying the industrial development in Aswan Governorate by studying the positive environmental and economic effects of industrial development, as well as identifying the negative environmental impacts resulting from industry in Aswan Governorate, as well as identifying the problems facing industrial development, identifying them and trying to overcome them. As well as study the future planning of the industry and identify the policies that have been implemented for the development of the province The research included four basic investigations: The first topic: dealt with the positive environmental and economic effects of industrial development, including the reuse and recycling of waste resulting from the sugar industry and the exploitation of the existing paper industry to preserve it as raw material. The second topic: dealt with the study of the negative environmental effects resulting from industry in the governorate, including pollutants and waste from the industry and methods of reducing them The third topic: Study of the problems facing industrial development in Aswan Governorate, such as the shortage of raw material, the problem of financing and lack of liquidity, the problem of transport, labor problems marketing problem, the idle capacities at the Edfu sugar factory and the sugar factory. The fourth topic: dealt with the future of industrial development in Aswan Governorate by identifying the infrastructure of the governorate necessary for industrial development, including the availability of energy, raw materials, roads and other components.
