المستخلص: درس الباحث صيغ الأداء، وإمكان وقوع الوهم فيها، وإثبات السماع في الأسانيد المنقطعة، وأثر ذلك على تصحيح الأحاديث وتعليلها. أهمية البحث: 1) ثبوت السماع من أهم الشروط في الحكم على الأحاديث. 2) الوهم في السماع قد يؤدي إلى تصحيح أحاديث ضعيفة أو معلولة. 3) وجوب الكشف عن الوهم في التصريح بالسماع في روايات المدلسين وغيرهم. أهداف البحث: 1) بيان جهود الأئمة في كشف الوهم في صيغ الأداء في الأسانيد، وذكر أمثلة تطبيقية توضح المنهج الصحيح في ذلك. 2) التنبيه على الخلل الواقع في هذا الموضوع المهم، سواء في روايات المدلسين أو غيرهم. 3) إبراز أثر الوهم في إثبات السماع في الأسانيد على تصحيح الأحاديث والحكم على الرواة. نتائج البحث: 1) الوهم في إثبات السماع في الأسانيد المنقطعة قد يضعف الراوي بسببه إذا كان كثيراً أو فاحشا. 2) قد يكون إثبات السماع في رواية المدلس وها ممن جاء بعده وليس تدليسا منه. 3) الرواة الذين لم يثبت سماعهم من النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم - وليس لهم رؤية لا تثبت صحبتهم حتى وإن ترجم لهم في كتب الصحابة.

The researcher studied the performance formats and the capability of the illusion occurring in them, as well as the confirmation hearing on interrupted chains of narrations and its effects on authenticating the hadiths and weakening Significance of the Study 1- the availability of hearing is one of the most important condition in judging the authenticity of a hadith. 2- The illusion in hearing may lead to the authenticating of weak Hadith. 3- the obligatory of detecting the illusion in the declaration of hearing on the narrations of the (mudallisseen) the concealers and others. Objectives of the study: a) heightening the efforts of the imams in detecting the illusion in the performance formats of the chains of narrations as well as giving practical examples that show the correct approach. b) giving forewarning on defects mentioned in this important issue either in the narrations of the concealers or others. c) highlighting the effect of the illusion in asserting hearing in the narrations regarding the authentication of the Hadiths and ruling on their narrators. Results of the Study: The study came out with the following results: 1. The illusion asserting the hearing of the interrupted chains of narrations may weaken the narrator for that reason if it is in abundant or outrageous. 2. the confirmation of hearing from the narration of a concealer can be an illusion from those who came after him, and not from him. 3. The Narrators who have not proven to hear from the Prophet - peace be upon him – and who had not seen the Prophet their companionship cannot be approved even if they were introduced in the books of the companions.
