المستخلص: هدف البحث التعرف إلى مستوى تطبيق كلية فلسطين التقنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعيارين أولهما: البنية التحتية ويتكون من (المباني والقاعات الدراسية، والمختبرات والمشاغل)، وثانيهما: الخدمات التعليمية، وتحديد ما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين بالكلية فيما يتعلق بمستوى تطبيق المعايير تعزي للمتغيرات (الوصف الوظيفي – المؤهل العلمي – سنوات الخدمة)، وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث باستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل لتشمل جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكلية، والبالغ عددهم (60) فيما يخص (المباني والقاعات الدراسية، والخدمات التعليمية)، أما فيما يخص (جودة المختبرات والمشاغل) فقد تم اختيار عينة البحث باستخدام أسلوب العينة القصدية لتشمل جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكلية باستثناء أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين (يدرسون الجزء النظري) وعددهم (11)، وقد صممت استبانة مكونة من (3) محاور بمجموع (36) فقرة، إضافة لاستخدام المقابلة الشخصية، وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الكمي والنوعي، ومن أهم نتائج البحث أن البنية التحتية المتمثلة بجودة المباني والقاعات الدراسية، وجودة المختبرات والمشاغل، وجودة الخدمات التعليمية مطبقة بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بمستوى تطبيق معياري البنية التحتية والخدمات التعليمية تعزي للمتغيرات (الوصف الوظيفي – المؤهل العلمي – سنوات الخدمة)، ومن أهم توصيات البحث ضرورة العمل على تطوير وتحديث مستوى جودة المباني والقاعات الدراسية كما نوعاً، ومراعاة عناصر الأمان والسلامة، وزيادة مساحة وأعداد المختبرات والمشاغل بما يتناسب مع أعداد الطلبة، وتحسين مستوى بنيتها التحتية، وتوفير الأجهزة والمعدات بشكل كاف وبنوعية متطورة وكفاءة عالية وتوفير الصيانة الدورية، والاهتمام بتقديم خدمات تعليمية بجودة عالية.

This study aimed to investigate the faculty members’ perspective regarding the application of two quality standards at the Technical College of Palestine. These standards were infrastructure, consisting of buildings, classrooms, laboratories and workshops, and the standard of educational services. The aim was also to find out whether there are statistically significant differences between the respondents’ responses in terms of the level of application of the standards due to these variables: job description, scientific qualification and years of service. In respect of buildings, classrooms and educational services, the research sample was selected using the complete census method to include all faculty members who were (60). With respect to laboratories and workshops the sample was selected using the convenient sample method in order to include all faculty members in the college except those who teach the theoretical part (11 members). Two research tools were used to collect the data: an interview and a questionnaire consisting of (36) items distributed over (3) dimensions. The quantitative and qualitative analytical approach was used. Major results of study indicated that the degree of applying the two standards was n medium. The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the respondents’ responses regarding the level of application of the standards of infrastructure and educational services attributed to these variables: job description, qualification and years of service. Among the most important recommendations of the research is the need to work on developing and modernizing the quality and quantity of the buildings and classrooms, taking into account the safety elements; increasing the size and number of laboratories and workshops in proportion to the numbers of students; improving the infrastructure equipment; and providing high quality and efficient equipment, regular maintenance as well as high quality educational services.
