المستخلص: The promise to sell is a real contract - with the agreement of two or more persons - promising one or both parties to conclude for sale in the future, during a certain period and determine the sale and the price, resulting in the emergence of contractual commitment in his promise, and corresponding personal right to the promised. The study recommends that the Egyptian and Iraqi project follow the course of the French project in 2016, by nullifying the contract of sale to others who have bad intentions or the promised solutions in the sale contract. In accordance with the principle of fraud, each order is to be executed and the contract must be executed in accordance with what is included in it with good Intention .
