| 520 | |b The present study deals with the criminal liability resulted from the abuse of electronic credit card. This study aims at determining the aspects of criminal security of electronic credit card according to the decisions of general rules with regard to the crimes of robbery, fraud, breach of trust, in addition to the decisions related to crime of edited documents forgery, especially the documents that can be applied to such type of cards, after the idea of electronic edited documents became accepted by the criminal legislator since be accepted by the criminal judiciary in many laws. Also, incrimination of using the forged edited document is applied to use of the forged electronic credit cards. The electronic credit card is a new banking system. This card takes the place of common money in payment and guarantee. Hence, illegal use of such card led to commit new crimes. | ||
