|a يهدف البحث إلى تحليل العلاقات بين تركز الملكية، الإفصاح الاختياري، مشكلة عدم تماثل المعلومات بين المستثمرين وذلك من خلال قياس تأثير تركز الملكية كأحد أليات الحوكمة على مشكلة عدم تماثل المعلومات ثم قياس دور الإفصاح المحاسبي الاختياري في الحد من مشكلة عدم تماثل المعلومات في هياكل الملكية المركزة. لقد أوضحت نتائج البحث أن تركز الملكية يزيد من مشكلة عدم تماثل المعلومات بينما يساهم الإفصاح المحاسبي الاختياري في الحد من مشكلة عدم تماثل المعلومات في هياكل الملكية المركزة.

|b This research aims to investigate the association between ownership concentration, information asymmetry and voluntary disclosure. It analyzes the influence of ownership concentration as a corporate governance mechanism and examines its impacton information asymmetry. This research further investigates the impact of voluntary disclosure as a tool suggested by the literature to mitigate information asymmetry among controlling and minority investors in concentrated ownership structure. The results shows that ownership concentration in general is significantly positively associated with information asymmetry. The results also demonstrate that voluntary disclosure significantly attenuates information asymmetry in concentrated ownership structures.
