يهدف البحث إلى معرفة القول الراجح، في حكم استثمار أموال الزكاة لصالح مستحقيها؛ وذلك بهدف الحصول على مصادر دخل مستمرة لمساعدتهم. وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهرسين. فالمقدمة تحتوي على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث. وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في النقاط في وجود أعداد كبيرة من مستحقي الزكاة، وكذلك وجود مبالغ مالية كبيرة في وقت واحد لدى الجمعيات الخيرية، وبخاصة في شهر رمضان، قد لا تتوفر في وقت آخر، ومعظم المسجلين في الجمعيات الخيرية بحاجة إلى مساعدة طيلة السنة. وتطرق البحث إلى تعريف الزكاة، والاستثمار لغة واصطلاحا، ثم ذكر الألفاظ ذات الصلة بالموضوع. ثم تطرق البحث إلى حكم استثمار الأموال الزكوية؛ وذلك بذكر الأقوال والأدلة والمناقشات والترجيح. وفي المبحث الذي يليه ذكرت ضوابط استثمار الأموال الزكوية، ثم ذكرت الخاتمة، وفيه بعض النتائج والتوصيات، وختمت البحث بفهرس للمراجع وفهرس للموضوعات.
The aim of the research is to find out the most correct view of the ruling on investing Zakat funds for the benefit of the beneficiaries, in order to obtain continuous sources of income to assist them.
