| 520 | |b The aim of the research is to find out the most correct view of the ruling on investing Zakat funds for the benefit of the beneficiaries, in order to obtain continuous sources of income to assist them. The research was organized into an introduction, three topics, a conclusion, and two indexes. The introduction contains the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, the previous studies, and the research plan. The importance of the topic in the points in the presence of large numbers of beneficiaries of Zakat, as well as the presence of large sums of money at the same time in charities, especially in the month of Ramadan, may not be available at another time, and most registered in charities need assistance throughout the year. The research dealt with the definition of Zakat, investment in language and terminology, and then mentioned the relevant terms. Then the study discussed the rule of investing Zakat money, by mentioning the words, evidence, discussions and weighting. | 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى معرفة القول الراجح، في حكم استثمار أموال الزكاة لصالح مستحقيها؛ وذلك بهدف الحصول على مصادر دخل مستمرة لمساعدتهم. وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهرسين. فالمقدمة تحتوي على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث. وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في النقاط في وجود أعداد كبيرة من مستحقي الزكاة، وكذلك وجود مبالغ مالية كبيرة في وقت واحد لدى الجمعيات الخيرية، وبخاصة في شهر رمضان، قد لا تتوفر في وقت آخر، ومعظم المسجلين في الجمعيات الخيرية بحاجة إلى مساعدة طيلة السنة. وتطرق البحث إلى تعريف الزكاة، والاستثمار لغة واصطلاحا، ثم ذكر الألفاظ ذات الصلة بالموضوع. ثم تطرق البحث إلى حكم استثمار الأموال الزكوية؛ وذلك بذكر الأقوال والأدلة والمناقشات والترجيح. وفي المبحث الذي يليه ذكرت ضوابط استثمار الأموال الزكوية، ثم ذكرت الخاتمة، وفيه بعض النتائج والتوصيات، وختمت البحث بفهرس للمراجع وفهرس للموضوعات. | ||
