المستخلص: لقد كثر الجدل مؤخرا عن طبيعة بعض المكملات الغذائية كمنتوج RHB الذي روج له على أن له صفات وقائية أو علاجية مرض السكري، الأمر الذي ولد لبسا كبيرا لدى المستهلكين. وتتجلى خطورة هذا اللبس في طبيعة هذه المنتجات وما تحمله مكوناتها من مخاطر على صحة المستهلك. بل أكثر من ذلك فقد نتج عنه جدال واختلاف في الكثير من الآراء عند بعض المتخصصين والباحثين في المجال القانوني الصيدلاني حول طبيعة هذه المنتجات. هل هي أدوية أم لا؟ هل تسويقها يخضع للقواعد العامة للبيع، أم إلى القواعد الخاصة بالأدوية؟ خاصة بعد تنصل بعض الجهات الوصية من مسؤولياتها بحجة عدم اختصاصها في تسجيل ومراقبة المكمل الغذائي RHB، الأمر الذي ترك المجال مفتوحا حول التساؤل عن دور مؤسسات الدولة في مراقبة الأسواق.

Récemment l’affaire du produit RHB "rahmet rabi" à écoulé beaucoup d’encre dans l’opinion général, surtout sur la nature de certains compléments alimentaires comme le produit RHB, qui a été médiatisée comme produit procède des qualités préventive ou thérapeutique pour le diabète, qui est produit une grande confusion chez les consommateurs. Chose qui nous pousse de poser la question sur la nature de ces produits, à ce que se sont des médicaments ou non?

Recently, there has been much controversy about the nature of certain dietary supplements, such as the RHB product, which has been promoted as having protective or therapeutic qualities for diabetes, a matter which has generated considerable confusion among consumers. The seriousness of this confusion is manifested in the nature of these products and the risks that their components carry to consumer health. Moreover, controversy and disagreement has arisen, concerning many opinions, among some specialists and researchers in the pharmaceutical field about the nature of these products. Are they medicines or not? Is their marketing subject to the general principles for selling, or to the specific principles for medicines? That is especially after some custodians disclaim their responsibilities on the grounds that they do not have competence to register and monitor RHB nutrient supplement, which left open the question of the role of state institutions in respect to monitoring markets.
