المستخلص: في ظل ازدياد المشكلات البيئية وتزايد وعاء الإنفاق البيئي من طرف الدولة، أصبح الاهتمام بالبيئية مسؤولية مشتركة، في هذا الإطار شاع مفهوم المواطنة البيئية ليشكل أحد الحلول لهذه المشاكل، أساسه فرض ضرائب ورسوم على كل نشاط أو سلوك يخالف قواعد الحفاظ على البيئة، لذلك تتطرق من خلال هذا البحث إلى سبل النهوض بالمواطنة البيئية، وتحديد تطبيقاتها في الجزائر من أجل الكشف عن مدى نجاعة السياسية الجبائية البيئية في الجزائر، وتقييم دور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية باعتبارها شريك أساسي للنهوض بالمواطنة البيئية.

A cause de la détérioration des problèmes environnementaux et l’augmentation des dépenses environnementales de l état, la protection de l environnement est devenue une responsabilité commun, ou soi-disant "la citoyenneté environnementales" On aborde a travers cette intervention le concept de La fiscalité environnementale Comme moyen de consacrer la citoyenneté environnementale en Algérie, et pour en savoir plus L’efficacité du système fiscal algérien dans le domaine de l’environnement.

In light of the increasing environmental problems and the growing pool of environmental spending by the state, concern for the environment has become a shared responsibility. In this context, the concept of environmental citizenship has become one of the solutions to these problems, based on the imposition of taxes and fees on any activity or behavior that violates the rules of environmental conservation. As such, this research explores the ways of promoting environmental citizenship and identifying its applications in Algeria in order to reveal the effectiveness of environmental tax policies in Algeria, and to evaluate the role of socialization institutions as an essential partner for the promotion of environmental citizenship.
