المستخلص: Hospitality Industry is one of the most sensitive sectors that is mostly affected by current country circumstances. Recently, hospitality in Egypt is negatively influenced by all situations that have been taken place after the January 25th revolution. This paper is addressing the problem of staff 'working conditions in Luxor and Aswan that experience an actual crisis. Upper Egypt hotels have witnessed low occupancy that approximately dropped to 20%. The study aims at setting a crisis management plan to manage problems of employees’ job critical conditions emerged after such incident. The paper instrumented two field survey tools to compile its primary data. A sample of hotels has been collected randomly with taking in mind the geographical location. The first tool is a questionnaire distributed to 347 employees working in different departments within the investigated hotels to study their current job situation and to highlight the problems they currently interface. The second tool is an interview with 50 human resources managers in the investigated. The interview’s purpose is to identify the current hotel plans tailored to sort out employees’ job crises and the proposed plans to tackle such crises in the future.
