المستخلص: يتطلب من المهتمين بأدب وثقافة الطفل قراءة جديدة ثانية لموضوعات الطفولة بما يتوافق مع الجديد في حياتهم كالفرضية التي جمعت بين الخيال والواقع والتي غزت واقعهم من خلال العابهم الإلكترونية. مع الاهتمام بالطفولة وحقوقها وابتكار موضوعات تعرفهم بواجباتهم وحقوقهم فضلا عن التركيز والاهتمام بدور المرأة والفتاة الصغيرة في المناهج وادبيات الأطفال. وتكريس مفاهيم جديدة في إدارة مناهج الطفولة من خلال المؤسسات التربوية دون أن تتحول المؤسسات بأنواعها إلى مؤسسات إخضاعيه قامعة غير محفزة لمواهبه ومهاراته. فضلا عن إعادة إخراج التراث الشعبي في قراءة ثانية معاصرة تراعي معطيات التربية الحديثة. فأن أدب الأطفال في أوربا تأسس على الأدب الشعبي التراثي ومنه تغذت العديد من التيارات الحديثة في الكتابة للأطفال والتي بلغت مرحلة من الإتقان فنيا وأدبيا ونفسيا وتربويا. والاهتمام بأعلام ومطبوعات الأطفال وإيجاد دور نشر تجيد الطباعة والتوزيع بدعم من الحكومة لتلك الدور فضلا عن توفير الاهتمام والدعم اللازمين للمؤلفين ممن يؤلفون للأطفال وممن يشتغلون في مجال ثقافته. وأخيرا.. إقامة مؤتمرات دولية لغرض تطوير القابليات الفنية ودعم التجارب العربية في التبادل بين الخبرات.

The roll of social educational and media institution and their responsibility to words the culture of the child and its literary publication in Iraq" It requires those interested in the literature and culture of the child to read anew second of the topics of childhood consist with the new in their live like the hypothesis collected between the imagination and the fact, which invaded reality through their electronic plays . With attention of childhood and their rights and creating topics they know through it their duties and rights moreover the focus attention to the roll of woman and small girls in curriculum and literature of kids and dedicate new concepts to manage the curriculum the childhood through the educational institutes without turning any kind of the embellishment to oppressive institution Non-motivated for his talents and skills . Moreover about repeating directing the popular heritage in reading the second contemporary taking in to consideration the data of modern education so the literature of kids at Europe established on folklore and from it many currents were faded to write for children which has reached a stage of educational work. And to take care of the media and publication of children and find the hopes of publishing the best printing and distribution with the support of the government as well as providing the necessary attention and support to anther who make up the children and those who work in the field of culture finally the establishment of international conferences for the purpose of developing technical capabilities and supporting Arb experiences in the exchange of experiences.
