L'objectif de la présente étude est de déterminer le niveau de disponibilité d'un leadership efficace ainsi que le niveau d'adoption des stratégies modernes face aux crises organisationnelles. Elle cherche également à connaître la relation et le rôle du leadership efficace dans la réussite des stratégies modernes de gestion des crises organisationnelles sur un échantillon d’entreprises algériennes du secteur pétrochimique. L'étude utilise la méthode descriptive et analytique via un questionnaire distribué à un échantillon comportant 62 dirigeants d’entreprises étudiées. Le programme statistique SPSS a été utilisé pour analyser les données et tester les hypothèses. Le plus important résultat de cette étude confirme l’existence d’une disponibilité acceptable de leadership efficace, d’une part, et un rôle positif du leadership efficace dans la réussite des stratégies modernes de gestion des crises organisationnelles dans les entreprises étudiées. Un certain nombre de recommandations ont été faites aux gestionnaires et dirigeants de ces entreprises. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى توافر القيادة الفعالة، ومستوى اعتماد الاستراتيجيات الحديثة لإدارة الأزمات التنظيمية. كما سعت للوقوف على علاقة ودور القيادة الفعالة في إنجاح الاستراتيجيات الحديثة لإدارة الأزمات التنظيمية لعينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية الناشطة في قطاع البيتروكيماويات. ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم توزيع استبانة على عينة بلغت 62 من المديرين في المؤسسات المدروسة، واستخدم البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. توصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج أهمها: توافر مقبول جدا للقيادة الفعالة، دور إيجابي ملموس للقيادة الفعالة في إنجاح الاستراتيجيات الحديثة لإدارة الأزمات التنظيمية في مؤسسات الدراسة. كما قدمت جملة من التوصيات لمسيري وقادة مؤسسات الدراسة. The objective of the study is to determine the availability level of effective leadership, and adoption level of modern strategies to organizational crisis. It also seeks to know relationship and role of effective leadership in the success of modern strategies to managing organizational crisis in Algerian companies in the petrochemical sector. The study is used descriptive analytical method through questionnaire, which was distributed to a sample of 62 managers in the studied companies. The statistical program SPSS was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The study attained a set of results, the most important of which was: there is acceptable availability of effective leadership, a positive role for effective leadership in the success of modern organizational crisis management strategies in studied companies. In addition to a number of recommendations were made to the managers and leaders of these companies. |
