المستخلص: L'objectif de cet article est d'analyser les moteurs et les indicateurs de l’orientation du système énergétique mondial vers les énergies renouvelables. L'étude a révélé que les données actuelles indiquent qu'on est entré dans une nouvelle phase de transition vers les énergies renouvelables, et cela se reflète dans ses taux de production et l'augmentation continue des leur investissements, ce qui est du à de nombreux facteurs et déterminants environnementaux et politiques qui limitent la production et la consommation des énergies fossiles d'une part, et accroit son importance en tant qu'acteur clé dans l'équation du développement social, grâce à la contribution de ses projets qui fournissent une énergie abordable à des millions de personnes et créent des millions d'emplois décents d’autre part.

تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى شرح وتحليل دوافع ودلائل توجه نظام الطاقة العالمي نحو الطاقات المتجددة. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعطيات الحالية تشير إلى أنه قد دخل فعلا مرحلة جديدة تتسم بالتحول أكثر نحو الطاقات المتجددة، ويتجلى ذلك في التطور الكبير في معدلات إنتاجها والتوسع المهم في مجالات تطبيقاتها والتزايد المستمر في حجم الاستثمار في مشاريعها، وذلك راجع للعديد من العوامل والمحددات البيئية والسياسية التي تقيد عمليات إنتاج واستهلاك الطاقات الأحفورية، هذا من جهة، وتزايد أهميتها كلاعب أساسي في معادلة التنمية الاجتماعية، من خلال مساهمة مشاريعها في فك العزلة وتوفير طاقة ميسورة لملايين الأشخاص، واستحداث الملايين من الوظائف اللائقة، هذا من جهة أخري.

This paper aims to explain and analyze the motivations that pushed the current world energy system to be geared towards renewable energies. The study concluded that the world energy system has already entered a new stage characterized by a shift towards renewable energies This shift is reflected in the important stage in the production rates and the clear expansion in the fields of applications and the continuous increase in the volume of investment in their projects. Especially in light of the environmental, and social constraints that restrict production and consumption of fossil énergies .Moreover، has become a key player in the Social development equation because of its contribution to providing clean energy, and creating of millions of decent jobs.
