يمثل التراث حياة كاملة تشمل الفكر والعقائد والممارسات والطاقات الفردية والجماعية وتجسيدا لحوارية الإنسان مع الطبيعة بكل معطياتها، ففيه تكمن الأصالة وبه يتحقق الاستمرار ومنه تكون المعاصرة، وهي الأسس الثلاثة التي لابد منها في مقولة التطور. فالتراث تعبير صادق عن الوحدة والاستمرارية والخصوبة وهو بلك يمثل شيئا مسبقا وأوليا وختاميا فهو يسبق كل توليفة تكوينية ويستمر في البقاء بعد كل تحليل نقدي وفكري عميق. وقد زخرت العمارة التقليدية في منطقة الحجاز بالعديد من العناصر والوحدات المعمارية التي لازمت نشؤها وتطورها، وكان وراء وجود كل عنصر من هذه العناصر فكر معين وفلسفة خاصة به، والأفنية الداخلية والرواشين من أهم هذه العناصر التقليدية التي لهما الأثر البالغ الأهمية في التغلب على مشاكل المناخ والبيئة ولهما أهميتهما الاجتماعية والدينية والجمالية النفسية والصحية مما جعل لهما مكانة هامة في المساكن الحجازية التقليدية. وكان القاسم المشترك فيهما هو تحقيق الخصوصية للساكنين في المقام الأول والذي يدور حول مفهومه هذا البحث. هدف البحث إلى: هدف البحث بشكل رئيسي إلى إيجاد حلول منهجية يمكن من خلالها الوصول لمعالجات معمارية تطبق العناصر المعمارية التقليدية وتوأمتها مع المساكن الحجازية المعاصرة لتحقيق مبدأ الخصوصية توصل البحث إلى: 1- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات الخمس في الشكل العام وفقا لأراء المحكمين. 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات الخمس في تناسق وتناغم الألوان وفقا لأراء المحكمين. 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات الخمس في الحل الابتكاري المميز وفقا لأراء المحكمين. 4- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات الخمس في الخصوصية والراحة والأمان وفقا لأراء المحكمين. أوصى البحث بـــــــ: 1- توعية المجتمع بأهمية العناصر المعمارية التقليدية في المسكن وارتباطها الوثيق بالدين والبيئة المحيطة وتعريفه بمضار الانقياد الأعمى خلف تيارات العمارة الغربية. 2- ضرورة توجيه الفكر المعماري في اتجاه استنباط أشكال وهيئات جديدة للعناصر المعمارية التقليدية بشكل متكامل مع مبادئ التصميم المعماري له مما يمكن أن يحدث تطورا في نمط المساكن المعاصرة بحيث تتوافق مع التطورات المعمارية المتجددة.
Heritage represents a full life that includes thought, beliefs, practices, individual and collective energies, and an embodiment of the human dialogue with nature in all its details. It is the originality, the continuity, and the contemporary, which are the three necessary foundations of evolution. Heritage is an honest expression of loneliness, continuity and fertility. Belk represents something in advance, at the beginning and in the end. It precedes every composition and continues to exist after every critical analysis and intellectual thought. The traditional architecture of the Hejaz region was characterized by many elements and architectural units that had been created and developed. Each of these elements had a particular thought and philosophy, and the interior and rouches were among the most important of these traditional elements which have an important impact in overcoming the problems of climate and the environment. They have a social, religious, aesthetic, psychological and health importance, which has given them an important place in traditional Hijaz dwellings. Their common denominator was the realization of the privacy of the inhabitants in the first place, which revolves around the concept of this research. The research goal is: The main objective of the research is to find systematic solutions through which architectural treatments can be applied that apply the traditional architectural elements and their compatibility with contemporary Hijaz dwellings to achieve the principle of privacy. The research reached to: 1 - There are differences of statistical significance between the five designs in the general form according to the opinion of the arbitrators. 2 - There are differences of statistical significance between the five designs in the harmony and harmony of colors according to the views of the arbitrators. 3 - There are differences of statistical significance between the five designs in the innovative solution distinguished according to the views of the arbitrators. 4 - There are differences of statistical significance between the five designs in privacy, comfort and security in accordance with the views of the arbitrators. I recommend searching on: 1- Educating the community about the importance of the traditional architectural elements in the dwelling and its close connection with religion and the surrounding environment and its definition of the blindness of blindness behind the currents of Western architecture. 2- The need to guide architectural thought in the direction of the development of new forms and bodies of traditional architectural elements in an integrated with the principles of architectural design, which could develop in the style of contemporary housing to correspond with the developments of the architectural renewables.
