| 520 | |b The industrial development in the wilaya has experienced a real boom since 1970 and resulted in the realization of a set of public industrial units relating to different economic activities. In parallel with this development effort, other operations were carried out within the framework of small and medium-sized public and private industry. The ambition of this article is to focus on the evaluation criteria of economic dynamism in the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou. This evaluation must cover both the search for the indicators of creation of these companies as well as the explanatory factors for this dynamic. | ||
| 520 | |d Le développement industriel dans la wilaya a connu un réel essor à partir de 1970 et qui s’est traduit par la réalisation d’un ensemble d’unités industrielles publiques ayant trait à différentes activités économiques. Parallèlement à cet effort de développement, d’autres opérations ont été réalisées dans le cadre de la petite et moyenne industrie publique et privée. L’ambition de cet article est de mettre l’accent sur les critères d’évaluation du dynamisme économique en matière de développement des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou. Cette évaluation doit porter à la fois sur la recherche des indicateurs de création de ces entreprises ainsi que les facteurs explicatifs de cette dynamique. | ||
