|a يصنف الأشخاص الواقعيين على انهم أشخاص مستقلين وعملين في معظم الوقت ويكتشفون بيئتهم بأنفسهم وهم يفضلون العمل مع الأشياء والأدوات والآلات والنباتات والحيوانات بدلا من الأفكار والبيانات والأشخاص، وهم أشخاص واثقين من انفسهم ويحاولون حل مشاكلهم وقد لا يكون لديهم مهارات اتصال قوية ويميلون إلى التفكير في المطلق أو الأساس على عكس ما نرى في طلبة الجامعة في الوقت الحاضر الذين هم اللبنة الأساسية في المجتمع فنجد اغلبهم لديهم تفكير خيالي لا ينتمي للواقع بصلة ومتشبثين بالأخرين وتحت حماية مفرطة وحساسين وغير متانين وتلفهم وسواس داخلية ولا يبالون للقضايا العملية وغير واضحين وهذه الصفات خلقت لهم الكثير من المشكلات، في واقعهم، مما شعرت الباحثة بوجود مشكلة تستحق الدراسة والوقوف على ملابسات الموضوع، لذا يمكن أن تصاغ مشكلة البحث بالسؤال الآتي: 1- التعرف على الشخصية الواقعية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية / الجامعة المستنصرية. 2- التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية للشخصية الواقعية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية/الجامعة المستنصرية تبعا لمتغيرات البحث 1 - الجنس (ذكور ، إناث) 2_ التخصص (علمي إنساني)، وقامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس الشخصية الواقعية، وذلك من خلال اطلاعها على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة وكذلك من خلال قيامها بدراسة استطلاعية ،وقد حصلت الباحثة على (48) فقرة ضمت بدائل الإجابة (تطبق على دائما -ت نطبق على غالبا -تنطبق على أحيانا -تنطبق على قليلا -لا تنطبق على أبدا) تعطى عند التصحيح الدرجات (4-3-2-1-0) للفقرات السلبية والعكس للفقرات الإيجابية، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة إذ شملت (100) طالب وطالب من قسم التاريخ وقسم الرياضيات ضمن كلية التربية الأساسية /الجامعة المستنصرية، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى أن العينة هم أشخاص واقعيين.

|b People who are classified as having a realistic personality type tend to be independent and practical often time and discover their environment themselves they prefer to work with things, tools, machines, plants and animals instead of ideas data and people they are confident and trying to solve their problems and they may not have strong communication skills and tend to think in absolute as Canterbury to what we see In the present time at university students, who classified as the basic category of society which most of them have imaginary thinking that does not belong to reality and they attached to others and under the excessive protection and they are sensitive and not purposeful and they have internal feelings and do not care about the practical issue And unclear These qualities created a lot of problems in their reality, which made the researcher feel the existence of a problem that worth to study The search problem can be formulated as follows 1-identify the Realistic personality of students of the collage of Basic Education, University of Al-Mustansiriya 2-Identification of the differences of statistical significance of the real personality of the students of the collage of Basic Education the university of Al- Mustansiriya according to the variables of the research 1 - gender (male - female) 2 - specialization (practical – humanitarian) The researcher has built a measurement of the realistic personality through her knowledge of literature and previous studies And also from making reconnaissance study The researcher has received 48 clause that included the alternatives of the answer (apply to always - apply to me often _ apply to me sometimes apply to a little - do not apply at all) give the correct grades (0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4) to negative clauses and vice versa positive The study sample was chosen in a simple random way. It included 100 students from the History and Mathematics Department at the collage of Basic Education, University of Mustansiriya. And the researcher found that the sample have a realistic personality.
