المستخلص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى مناقشة موضوع استخدام التكنولوجيات الحديثة للإعلام والاتصال من طرف الأساتذة في عملية التعليم بالمدرسة الجزائرية، ووصف وتحليل الطرق والأساليب التي يستخدمها الأساتذة أثناء ممارستهم لعملية التعليم، لمعرفة مدى اعتمادهم على توظيف التكنولوجيات الحديثة في تطوير أساليب التعليم والرفع من مستوى أدائهم المهني. وبعد محاولتنا الكشف عن مختلف العوامل المادية والبشرية التي تؤثر في عملية تطوير أساليب التعليم في المدرسة الجزائرية، خلصنا إلى نتيجة هامة مفادها أن الظروف التي يعمل فيها الأستاذ وغياب فرص التكوين في هذا المجال بالإضافة إلى انعدام التحفيز على الابتكار والإبداع، هو ما يفسر لنا عدم وجود الدافع عند الأساتذة للتكوين الذاتي، وعدم اعتمادهم في تصميم الدروس على استخدام الوسائل الحديثة، وبهذا تبقى تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال رغم توفرها بالمؤسسة التعليمية مجرد وسائل وأدوات بدون محتوى لا تستخدم في تنظيم وتطوير عملية التعليم.

This subject aims at discussing the topic of using the modern technologies of media and communication by professors in the education process in the Algerian schools, the main focus of our topic is to describe and analyze the methods and techniques used by teachers during their practice of the education’s process, and also the know in which extent they depend on using the modern technology in the development of methods of education and raise the level of professional performance. After trying to detect various physical and human factors that affect the process of developing the methods of education in Algerian schools, we came to an important conclusion that the lack of training opportunities in this area as well as the absence of stimulus for innovation and creativity is what explains the lack of motivation when professors self-configurable, and lack of dependence in the design of lessons on the use of modern means and that information and communication technologies remain despite provided by the institution just means and tools do not make sense to not carry their content in what contributes to the organization and development of the education process and improving the pedagogical performance.
