المستخلص: Réalisée par questionnaire auprès de 166 directeurs d’écoles primaires dans le territoire de Gaza, l’enquête restituée dans cet article montre que le respect de la qualité du travail est le principal critère d’évaluation des pratiques des superviseurs pédagogiques. L’expérience professionnelle est le second critère appliqué dans ce domaine.

The study aimed to identify the "degree of the quality of work practiced by educational supervisors in basic primary schools in the governorates of Gaza, and their relationship to some variables." The researchers used the descriptive approach. The sample was 166 male and female managers. The paragraph "The supervisor appreciates the efforts of outstanding teachers" ranked highest with a relative weight of (85%), followed by the paragraph "supervising the areas of the supervisory plan according to the plan of the ministry" with a relative weight of (83%). The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the quality of work of educational supervisors due to the variables of gender and scientific qualification, while there are differences of statistical significance due to the variable of university specialization in skills (planning, development and improvement) in favor of scientific specialization. The results also revealed that there were differences of statistical significance due to variable years of service in the field of evaluation skill for the group of more than (10) years. The researchers also presented a set of recommendations.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لجودة العمل في مدارس المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا بمحافظات غزة، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وكانت العينة 166 مديراً ومديرة، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الفقرة "يقدر المشرف جهود المعلمين المتميزين" احتلت المرتبة الأعلى بوزن نسبي 85% جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، تليها الفقرة "يراعي المشرف مجالات الخطة الإشرافية حسب خطة الوزارة" بوزن نسبي 83% جاءت بدرجة كبيرة. كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة جودة العمل لدى المشرفين التربويين بمحافظات غزة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير التخصص الجامعي في مهارتي التخطيط، التطوير والتحسين لصالح تخصص العلمي. كما كشفت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة في مجال مهارة التقويم لصالح الفئة الأكثر من 10 سنوات
