|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين تصورات المختص النفساني لعمله السيكولوجي بسلوكه الوظيفي، وعن علاقة تصورات العمل بأبعاد السلوك الوظيفي للمختص من حيث احترام الوقت، الانضباط الذاتي ونوعية علاقته مع الآخرين، وحفاظه على ممتلكات المؤسسة التي يعمل بها سواء كان بمنصب دائم أو في إطار عقود ما قبل التشغيل في القطاع الصحي بولاية مستغانم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 مختصا نفسانيا عياديا وتم استخدام استبيان يقيس تصور العمل السيكولوجي واستبيان يقيس السلوك الوظيفي من إعداد الباحثة، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للمعطيات تم التوصل إلى أنه: - توجد علاقة بين تصور العمل السيكولوجي والسلوك الوظيفي عند المختص النفسي. - توجد علاقة بين تصور العمل بأبعاد السلوك الوظيفي للمختص النفساني و تصوره لعمله السيكولوجي. - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا للسلوك الوظيفي لدى المختص النفساني تعزى لصفته المهنية.

|b the aim of the study is to demonstrate the relationship between the psychologist’s representation of his work with his professional behavior. the study focused on four dimensions :first punctuality, second: self-control ,third: the quality of his relation with the others and the manner to use the equipment of the establishment where the psychologist works, whether he is a. permanent or temporary employee. The study carried out in the health sector of the province of MOSTAGANEM, and the sample was composed of 50 psychologists. two surveys had been used, the first one to measure the psychologist’s work, and the second one, prepared by the researcher, aim to measure the professional behavior. After the statistical account, it has been demonstrated that: -there is relationship between the psychologist’s representation of his work with his professional behavior. -there is the relationship between the psychologist, srepresentation of the different dimensions of the professional behavior, and his representation of his work. -there is no difference between the professional behavior and the professional representation of the psychologist’s work
