المستخلص: The aim of the research is to determine the degree of computer employment in the school administration in schools of basic education in Damascus governorate and ways of developing them from the point of view of the directors. To achieve this goal, use the T researcher of the descriptive approach, and prepared a questionnaire composed of two parts, includes dividing them first on (25) a special paragraph degree employing computer in school management fall under the three axes, while the second section includes 10 special ways of paragraphs Development of computer employment in school administration. After confirming the validity and reliability, the researcher of T. Applied to a random sample, which consisted of (191) as director and director of basic education school principals in the province of Damascus for the academic year 2017-2018. The research concluded the following results: - Access by (Management) at the highest degree of hiring a computer in school management in basic education; it was the middle was the arithmetic (3. 46), a relative weight (69.2), and employ a large degree. Followed by (teacher field) who got a second Degree employing a computer in school management; it was the middle was the arithmetic (3. 35), a relative weight (67), and employing a medium degree. (Student field) received less Degree employing a computer in school management; it was the middle was the arithmetic (2. 34), a relative weight (46.8), and employing a small degree. The overall score came to score Recruit the computer at Administration School Related Fields The three have an average of (3.05) and a relative weight (61), with a medium employment level. - The absence of statistically significant differences between the averages of schools managers estimate the stage of basic education in the province of Damascus to the degree of employment of computer in school management depending on variable t sex. - There are significant differences between the averages of schools managers estimate the stage of basic education in the province of Damascus to the degree of employment of computer in the school administration according to each of the variables t training courses And years of experience for the benefit of those who have followed courses, and experienced (less than 5 years). Based on the research presented the results of T researcher set of recommendations and suggestions regarding the need to train managers to use computers in school management, and the need for further studies in this area.

هدف البحث إلى تحديد درجة توظيف الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية في مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة دمشق وسبل تطويرها من وجهة نظر المديرين. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت استبانة مكونة من قسمين، يشتمل قسمها الأول على (25) فقرة خاصة بدرجة توظيف الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية تندرج تحت ثلاثة محاور، في حين يشتمل القسم الثاني على (10) فقرات خاصة بسبل تطوير توظيف الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية. وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، قامت الباحثة بتطبيقها على عينة عشوائية، تكونت من (191) مديرا ومديرة من مديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في محافظة دمشق للعام الدراسي 2017—2018. وخلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - حصول (مجال الإدارة) على أعلى درجة توظيف للحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي؛ إذ بلغ متوسطة الحسابي (3.46)، بوزن نسبي (69.2)، وبدرجة توظيف كبيرة. يليه (مجال المعلم) الذي حصل على ثاني درجة توظيف للحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية؛ إذ بلغ متوسطة الحسابي (3.35)، بوزن نسبي (67)، وبدرجة توظيف متوسطة. وحصل (مجال الطالب) على أقل درجة توظيف للحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية؛ إذ بلغ متوسطة الحسابي (2.34)، بوزن نسبي (46.8)، وبدرجة توظيف صغيرة. وجاءت النتيجة الكلية لدرجة توظيف الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية المتعلقة بالمجالات الثلاثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.05) ووزن نسبي (61)، وبدرجة توظيف متوسطة - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات تقديرات مديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في محافظة دمشق لدرجة توظيف الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية تبعا لمتغير الجنس. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات تقديرات مديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في محافظة دمشق لدرجة توظيف الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية تبعا لكل من متغيري الدورات التدريبية وسنوات الخبرة لصالح الذين اتبعوا دورات، وذوي الخبرة (أقل من 5 سنوات). - وبناء على نتائج البحث قدمت الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات تتعلق بضرورة تدريب المديرين على استخدام الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية، وضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات في هذا المجال.
